Transcript

To begin this meditation,

Sit comfortably with your back upright or lie down on your back with your arms at your side.

Just find a place where you can be comfortable.

Gently close your eyes.

Let's begin by focusing on the breath.

Watch yourself as you breathe in and out.

Breathing in and breathing out with your natural rhythm.

Just noticing the breath.

Noticing any sensations in your body.

If you feel any discomfort,

Just acknowledge it and let it go.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it.

Let it go and relax.

Take another deep breath in.

All the way in.

Filling your lungs.

Hold it.

Feeling yourself filled with energy.

Relax and let it go.

One more breath in.

All the way in.

And hold it.

Keep holding.

Now relax and let it go.

Bring yourself back to your natural rhythm of breathing.

Let your lungs allow yourself to breathe.

Let your lungs breathe for you.

Take your left hand.

Put it on your heart center.

As you breathe in and out,

Focus all your breath.

Breathing in and out.

To your heart center.

So as you breathe in,

Hold the energy into your heart.

And as you exhale,

Let it go.

Focusing your attention on the space in the center of your chest.

Breathing in and out of this space.

Feeling this space filled with energy.

And while you're focusing on this center,

Think of a time in your life when you felt immense.

Think of a time in your life when you felt immense gratitude.

Envelope your body in this feeling.

Feel what it felt like.

Feel that time as if it's happening now.

Elevate the emotion.

Elevate the feeling of gratitude.

Live it.

Focus your attention on the rest of your body.

As we bring our attention out of focus from our body,

Bring it to the space surrounding your body.

And bring it out to the room that you're in.

Keep going out further and further,

Further and further into space.

Follow your awareness deep into space.

Letting go of anything that's holding you back.

Letting go of any tension in your body.

Any thoughts,

Any feelings.

Anything that's bringing you that feeling of discomfort.

Let it go.

Become pure consciousness floating in space.

As you float through space,

You become nobody.

Floating through nowhere.

Through no time.

All that you were.

Removed.

Feeling what you are.

As you float through space,

You see a door.

Approach the door.

Open it.

What you see on the other side of the door is a new future.

A new possibility.

A new beginning.

One aligned with your highest potential.

As you step through the door,

What do you see?

What do you feel?

What are you doing?

Who are you with?

Live it.

Live in the moment.

It's okay if everything isn't fully clear yet.

In time,

As you elevate your energy,

As you move towards this future,

Everything will become more clear.

Just for now,

Just move through it as you can.

Move through it as you know as it is right now.

Step into it.

Step into it and allow it to come to you.

I won't leave you there,

You will be in no time.

You will be here and now,

Even if you don't give what you do in life.

Feel yourself aligning to the frequency of this moment,

Of this future,

Of this future that aligns with the highest potential.

Turn around,

Go back through the door that you came in,

And notice that you're no longer floating through space,

But you're back in your body.

You're back in the now,

Only now everything is different.

Only now every cell in your body,

Every piece of DNA is aligned with your new future.

Focus your attention back onto your breath.

Breathe life into this body that's now aligned with your new future.

Feel your body,

Feel your breath as you breathe in and out.

Enlist your own version of space.

Bring your awareness back into your body,

Starting with your toes,

Up to your feet,

Working your way up your legs,

Through your thighs,

Your hips,

Your abdomen,

Up to your chest,

And your shoulders,

All the way down your arms,

Into your fingers,

And back up into your head,

And your face,

Like your whole body all at once.

Bring your awareness,

Bring your energy back into your body.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

And just open your eyes.
