Dr. Cara Wong, PhD is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and therapist with a holistic approach towards brain and mental health. She is fascinated by neuroplasticity (the brain's ability to grow new pathways and cells), and that meditation is one of the most efficient ways to achieve this. Her meditation sessions are focused on calming the sympathetic nervous system; reducing negative and intrusive thoughts; and improving attention, focus and self-awareness. Nice to have a meditation without the annoying background synthesizer music that drowns out some of the meditations.

A great way to relax the whole body. Well paced, soothing voice and a good overall length. I particularly liked the part for the jaw as most PMR meditations don't include that.
