This audio was designed for chanting practice. In this chant, we are tuning into Quan Yin, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, the feminine counterpart of Manjushri, Bodhisattva of Wisdom. When we call upon Quan Yin, we are calling for compassion to surround wisdom and work in tandem, the masculine and feminine working together in equal measure, providing wise compassion and compassionate wisdom. Quan Yin holds the tears, or the suffering, of the world. Use this chant when in need of compassion for the structure and rigidity that exists. Mantra, known as the protection of the mind, is typically repeated 108 times for 40 consecutive days. If you'd like work with this mantra for 40 days, you can find my 40-day Learn to Chant course (choose your own chant version). Om Mani Padme Hung (Hum) = Praise to the Jewel in the Lotus
