Joy anchors are the moments and experiences of tenderness and love that open you to feel innate joy.
They can be experienced in many different ways.
However,
There are five primers to anchoring joy.
The first is kindness,
Shown to you and also the kindness you give others.
Second,
The experience of feeling appreciated and loved brings joy.
Third,
The feelings that arise through the experience of accomplishment are often joy together with satisfaction,
Excitement and exuberance.
A fourth primer,
Gratitude.
Certainly the most clear and direct path to joy.
And the fifth primer to anchoring joy is fun.
Play and relaxation,
Whatever fun and enjoyment mean to you.
Because,
Of course,
Fun brings an innate sense of joy and happiness.
Next,
I'd like you to experience how to anchor joy in the present,
In the past and the future.
Because joy does live in these moments.
First,
Think about a past experience in which you felt joy.
Real,
Unbridled,
Authentic joy.
Feel this joy of a past moment in your being now.
Give yourself permission to anchor the feelings of joy here with you.
Now,
Think of a future moment.
And imagine yourself in the future,
In an experience of joy.
One that you have created,
Or one that arrives spontaneously.
Feel joy in your body as you imagine the future moment of joy that you are living.
Enjoy the feeling of joy of a future moment,
Experienced here and now.
And then,
To the present.
This is where you practice joy most readily.
Hold presence in now.
Savor the present.
When you pause long enough to feel your presence,
Your being,
Joy often shows up.
Practice feeling joy of past moments,
In and of the present,
And of what you are manifesting for your future.
Live more moments anchored in the feeling of joy,
Here and of the present.
As you practice joy anchors of past,
Future,
And present,
You learn how to discover joy in the ordinary.
And in doing so,
You naturally create more moments of joy in and of your life.
Namaste.
