Okay.
All right,
Let's just go.
Into a nice gentle meditation here.
I'll ring my bell.
And that's our little ticket.
That's where we just ride it right into the moment.
Try and synchronize it a little bit with the breath,
Just being aware of both at the same time.
Good morning,
May,
Just in time.
Good morning.
All right,
Deep breath,
Listen to the bell.
So my first question is,
Can you hear my bell?
Okay.
Still working with the microphone.
All right here we are right here So what's new in this moment?
Do a little scan around just acknowledging our environment,
Where we are.
Is getting a sense of the room we're in or the place we're sitting.
And then maybe.
.
.
Try to generate that outline of your actual body,
Just sensing into the edges and parameters and the boundaries of your body.
If you can feel anything,
The pressure,
Pressure,
Feet on the floor,
Butt on the cushion,
Hands in the lap.
Or temperature,
Checking in with temperature.
Anything that's coming in through the senses.
Listening.
So let's sit with this for a while.
And it probably won't be long before we notice our mind has been carried away into something,
Storyline,
Shopping list,
Memory.
So we're noticing how often we do that without beating ourselves up,
That's the practice,
It's just.
.
.
Noticing how often we get carried away.
Now let's do a little scan looking to see if there's any extra tension in our body,
Groups of muscles that we can maybe relax a little bit.
Shoulders,
Belly,
Hands,
Face.
Noticing the quality of your breath.
Is it nice and soft and deep in the belly?
Or is it a little bit tight up in the chest?
And we just keep on coming back If you notice someplace tight in the body,
Maybe your hands or your belly,
The goal is to just be curious about that and let it go if it wants to,
But mostly be curious.
What is it holding?
What is it protecting?
Maybe we can be curious about what's the difference between this moment and this moment.
Now as an in-breath.
Now as an out breath.
The clock ticks and then it talks.
Again and again,
We just notice.
Thinking,
Breathing,
Listening.
The closer we can get to this moment,
The closer we are to reality.
Everything else is just more and more thinking.
Thinking and thinking doing,
Thinking when we're just looking without thinking.
We're very close to reality.
In my opinion.
And out of this.
Is where everything is born.
This is like the fountain right here where everything comes out of.
So what is the quality of our being that we are adding?
To the creation of the next moment.
Just acknowledging the quality of our being,
Our senses.
Our experience.
As we have a sense of this quality of our being right now.
Let's see if we can soften it a little bit.
Bring a little lightness into it.
What brings a smile to your face?
Here we are sitting at this springhead of this fountain of creation,
Sitting here just in this moment.
The quality of our energy is the ingredients.
Of what we're bringing to the world.
So we really want to make it.
Something good,
Beautiful.
What do you want to bring to the world?
Joy.
Music,
Adventure,
Whatever.
Don't get into the details,
Just bring up the feeling.
Just like we're at the spring head of a river,
Whatever color or whatever we put into that water is going to spread out into the river.
Meditation brings us to that springhead.
So we put something nice in there.
Soft and easy,
Simple,
Just this.
And now to end our practice.
We may or may not wish to donate any merit we may have gained.
May all beings be well.
May all beings be happy and know the true causes of happiness.
And may all beings be free.
Thank you for your practice.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you,
May.
Thank you.
Yes,
I will be there.
That's the plan.
So will it be on?
No,
It's yours.
Was it being online?
Yeah.
Great.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Bye bye.
Bye bye.
