Just focus on the air coming into your body,
Fill up your lungs,
Your whole body with fresh air and then it's leaving your body.
You can now relax,
You can now let go of any distracting thoughts,
Any disturbing situation that may have happened today,
Any negative situations,
Anything that may caused you getting out of your balance,
Just let them go.
Now you are relaxing peacefully,

Without any stress or anxiety.
Your body is filling up with peace,

And harmony.

To re-energize,
To rejuvenate,
Revitalize your body,

And your spirit.
