Welcome beautiful soul,

I hope you are doing well.

You are ready to dive in,

To a journey,

To connect with yourself,

To find the way back to your inner peace.

Just find a comfortable position sitting or laying down.

Close your eyes and start by taking a few deep breaths.

Deep inside your lungs,

Your tummy,

Feel how the fresh air is cleaning out your entire body and let it out.

Your breath in,

You have nothing to worry about,

This is a time for yourself,

With yourself.

Just focusing on your peace,

Your calmness,

Creating a tranquil environment for you to feel safe,

Comfortable and at peace.

Feel how your chest is moving up and down with each breath.

It is coming in and going out from your body.

And now that you are arriving more into your body,

You can start to imagine that you are walking by a beautiful beach right next to the ocean.

Feel the little breeze on your face,

On your forehead,

On your arms,

Feel the warm sunshine shining on your skin,

Warming you up.

Smell the sea,

The fresh sea.

There are some birds around you,

Flying high in the sky and you are just walking with a smile on your face,

Feeling good,

Feeling peaceful.

You have nothing to worry about,

No stress.

It is just you and the ocean,

The air.

You feel the sand under your foot.

With each step your foot are sinking into the soft sand and you just keep walking.

You hear the waves and you see something in the distance,

It is still blurry.

You don't exactly see what it is but you are getting closer and closer with every step.

You are now wondering what it is,

What is it that you see that you are curious about?

You are trying to get closer and closer to it but all you can see is a big shining white and golden light,

Sparkling,

Shining.

And you are curious,

Maybe you can touch it or feel it,

Maybe you can get close to it,

Very close to it.

You are trying to touch it with your hands.

The closer you get,

The light is more bright,

Shining.

Now it has more colors,

Purple,

Red,

Blue,

Green,

Little sparks everywhere.

And you notice that this light is now surrounding you,

It is all over your body,

Your head,

Your arms,

Your legs and it is just radiating,

It is so vibrant,

It is filling you up with all this light energy,

This gold,

This silver,

This sparkling red,

Pink,

White,

Beautiful light,

It is filling you up,

Filling you up with all this brightness and lightness.

Just feels so good to be in this light,

Radiating.

It feels so peaceful,

So happy,

So calm to be in the middle of this light.

You feel your body is shining,

Your soul is shining,

Your mind,

Your spirit,

Everything is filling up with this light energy.

And now you realize that this light is the light of peace,

This light is the light of happiness,

Of joy,

Of calmness.

And now that you are surrounded by this light and filled up with this light,

You will always have this light inside of you.

It is not going anywhere.

Because it is in you already,

You always have access to it.

You can always just come back to this place on the beach,

Find your light and stop in the middle of it.

And you will find yourself in all this beautiful,

Bright light where everything feels calm and tranquil.

And when you feel that you already filled up with enough of this light,

You can step out of this circle.

You feel that your body,

Your mind,

Your soul,

Your spirit is all filled up with this light energy.

And even if you step outside of the circle,

You still have all the light inside of you.

And now you start walking back next to the ocean,

Taking step by step,

Walking in the soft sand,

Still enjoying the sunshine and the waves.

And enjoying all the light and all the peace,

All the happiness and joy that you just received,

You found in yourself,

You surrounded yourself with.

And this light is always staying with you as you are walking,

As you are walking,

As you are living your everyday life.

The light stays with you.

And slowly,

Slowly,

You are reaching back to the place where you have started your journey,

Slowly letting go of the picture of the beach.

Start coming back to the space,

To your body.

Start noticing any noise,

Any movement around you.

Start moving your fingers,

Your toes,

Your shoulders,

Your neck.

And whenever you are ready,

Slowly,

Slowly,

In your own pace,

Your own time,

You can open your eyes.

And just know that you can always come back to this place,

To your inner peace,

To your inner light.

You can always find your way back to it.
