This audio is designed to go really,

Really deep.

Deep down into your subconscious mind.

Into the part of your mind that knows how to deeply heal,

Repair,

And heal.

Restore,

Revitalize,

And regenerate where necessary.

So for now,

Just find yourself a comfortable position.

You can be sitting up if you want to be,

Or you can go ahead and lie down.

Just make sure that you're going to be comfortable for about 20 minutes or so.

I'd like you to close your eyes and just begin to think about your breathing.

Start to deepen your breath,

Lengthening.

With every breath in,

Send it lower.

Send it deeper.

And with every breath out,

Release.

Let go of whatever you don't need to hold onto right now in this moment at this time.

Just release.

Just for these moments,

Release.

Let go of any tension.

Of any tightness.

Of any discomfort.

Let it go.

With every breath in,

Feel yourself arriving into this moment,

Into this time.

Because you have devoted this time for you.

And it's really,

Really important that you know this.

It's so easy to get distracted by the outside world and to get lost in the drama of the everyday living reality.

It's not easy to give yourself this time,

To take the time for you.

So congratulate yourself right now because that is exactly what you are doing here.

Taking this time for you.

Because you have recognised the value,

The benefits and the advantages of taking this time for you to go into this deeply healing space within you.

As you continue to breathe,

Allow your breath to deepen inside your belly.

As you continue to breathe away,

Allow any tension or stress to be released.

Just for these moments.

As you notice yourself relaxing down,

I'd like you to explore your body.

Imagine you can take a trip from the top of your head,

Inside your body.

Starting to explore all the muscles inside your mind.

Imagine that they are going softer.

Imagine all the muscles in your face,

Especially the ones holding onto your expression are also becoming softer.

You can feel the skin on your face smoothing itself out,

That's such a lovely feeling.

Imagine you can relax deeply inside your shoulders,

Down deep inside your shoulder blades letting go.

Imagine there is a spiral of relaxation starting to spiral down your spine from the top of your spine around and around and around each vertebra piece by piece.

As that spiral of deep relaxation gets to the middle of your spine,

I'd like you to imagine what it might feel like for you if you can be 50% more relaxed than you've ever been before.

As that spiral of relaxation continues now and travels all the way down to the base of your spine,

I would like you to know that when it gets there and only in your own time,

As soon as it gets to the base of your spine,

That spiral of relaxation,

When it gets to the bottom of your spine,

I'd like you to be as relaxed as you would love to be right now.

Notice how you can deeply relax your legs.

Notice if one leg relaxes before the other one and how you can balance out that comfortable feeling of deep relaxation between your right side and your left side.

Again notice as you deeply relax your shoulders,

You can send the relaxation down your arms into your fingertips,

Into your thumbs and again noticing how you can balance out that deep relaxation between your right side and your left side.

Finding your middle,

Finding your center.

As you now have beautifully relaxed your body,

Perhaps feeling yourself getting heavier,

Allowing yourself to sink down deeper and deeper into that restful state of body.

As your muscles let go of tightness and tension,

Your mind begins to also relax.

It's as if your body feels comfortably heavy and your mind feels beautifully light and your emotions also begin to settle down now.

I'd like you to imagine now that you are in a deeply restorative healing space.

Using your imagination,

I'm going to take you on a little journey.

I'd like you to imagine that you're standing on a glass platform made of crystal and around you there is a glass flower so made of crystal.

This platform begins to lift up from the ground.

Very slowly at first,

You feel safe and as it's lifting up higher,

Higher,

Higher into the air,

You can see how the ground is just getting smaller and smaller.

It's as if your perspective immediately increases.

Everything down there below now looks so small and insignificant.

And now you can perhaps see the landscape so well all around you.

You can see for miles and miles as you go up higher and higher,

Up higher and higher into the sky.

A bit like when you're taking off on an aeroplane and you watch the ground getting smaller and smaller as you drift up into the clouds.

And very slowly you rise up even further higher up over the clouds so when you look down all you can see is this beautiful fluffy bed of clouds underneath you.

And all around you there is this beautiful clear blue sky,

Blue sky all around you for miles and miles.

Uninterrupted gorgeous blue sky.

And down below a beautiful uninterrupted bed of fluffy marshmallow like clouds.

And while you're up here in this beautiful clear space,

It's as if your mind feels so clear.

In this deeply wise space where you have clarity of mind and lightness of thought and also lightness of body,

It's as if up here you get answers and solutions to the questions and the challenges that you might have in your life right now.

Up here in this very clear focused place where there are no distractions,

Where it's all very very quiet and calm,

Tranquil and serene.

Here is where you can ask the right questions and clearly hear the right answers.

Here in this space of clarity lies your wisdom,

Your higher truths,

Your knowledge of the situation that you might be in right now.

And as you are in this space of total tranquility,

Calm and wisdom,

You know that your subconscious mind and your conscious mind can come together now to help you on this very high and deep level.

So you can be here in this space absorbing all that you need right now.

Healing,

Wisdom,

Solutions.

Here this is where your mind can expand out into your future,

Into your deeper understanding of who you are.

This is a part of you that knows that you can restore,

Repair,

Regenerate at a very deep and meaningful level.

Here is where you can get all the answers and the solutions you need to be able to move forwards with understanding and compassion,

Patience and total control.

And because you have this beautiful perspective right here,

Right now,

It's as if you come back into your world,

Holding on to this understanding and this truth about yourself.

So as you stay in this space,

I'd like you to just find a comfortable place to sit on your platform.

Perhaps you now look around and see that there is this beautiful mattress with a very warm,

Comforting looking blanket,

Beautiful cushioning and you decide to go over to that beautiful cushioned mattress and lie down and pull the blanket over you.

And as you do this,

You feel so comfortable and so peaceful and so relaxed and you close your eyes and drift off into a beautiful restorative,

Deep,

Healing sleep.

And while you sleep,

You have a dream and in this dream you get beautiful,

Deep insights about how you can move forwards in a very deeply healing and restorative way.

And I will go quiet for a few minutes now while you allow all of this wisdom and these insights to come into your mind.

And I will mind the time and I will see you on the other side.

Now it's time for the platform to come back down to earth.

And as you're lying on this comfortable bed,

You feel the platform moving down,

Gradually down,

Down towards the ground.

And I'm going to count up now and when I count up,

It's as if you come back into the room with this amazing awareness,

This beautiful understanding and these incredibly powerful insights that you can consciously take into your everyday living reality.

Five,

You can hear my voice clearly now.

Four,

Become aware of what you're sitting or lying down on.

Three,

Feeling the clothes against your skin.

Two,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And one,

When you're ready,

Opening your eyes and coming back into the room.

Nice.
