Hello,

This is Dino Viper,

Welcome to your day.

This hang-up is called anger and resentment.

This hang-up most of us are very,

Very familiar with.

This is something that occurs almost as automatic as your eyes opening in the morning.

Some do not have to deal with this,

Anger or resentments,

But at some point in your life,

Anger has been in one hand and resentment being in the other.

And often there's a handshake that goes on between the two of them that really leaves your life in this state of negative vibration that is so powerful that what you attract to your life is more of the same.

And so this action that you're taking on a daily basis to support anger and resentment,

Either consciously or subconsciously,

Is actually attracting more and more negative things into your life at a velocity level,

Depending on the strength of this anger and the strength of this resentment.

And what you find yourself doing,

And it's clearly obvious to people around you,

Is that you're in a virtual reality loop,

What I refer to as the VR loop.

You are living in this virtual reality loop where you continue to keep making the same mistakes over and over again and attracting the same type of people into your life over and over,

And relationships the same.

You are essentially on the VR loop of anger and resentment.

So we need to break through of anger and resentment and break this cycle,

Break the loop of this cycle so that you can usher in a new dawn,

A new day,

A new peace in your life.

This is the goal.

So,

Let's take a deep breath here while we're feeling this emotion of anger and resentment.

Release.

And breathe in.

And release when you're ready.

Allow your body to relax,

Wherever you're at right now.

Nothing else matters.

This is your time.

And just relax.

Relax your mind.

Smooth the wrinkles of your mind.

Relax your shoulders and your back.

So let's go ahead,

Acknowledge that we have these.

Call it whichever one you want.

Anger or resentment.

Nothing else should be clenched except your hands right now.

Anger and resentment in an effort to protect yourself from the outside people,

From the outside energies.

What you think is protecting yourself is isolating you.

You're isolating yourself with anger to repel someone and resentment to keep them at bay.

That's why your hands are clenched.

You have good reason to be angry.

You have good reason to be resentful of something,

Of some person,

Of some event.

You have very good reason.

We acknowledge that reason.

We understand the reason titled to feel this.

And so we say we accept this.

I want you to imagine one of those events,

Moments,

Reasons for anger.

I want you to imagine what that one thing was.

Could be many,

But choose one.

Picture it.

We are now going to form that into,

That is the base of your wall.

So let's think of something else that angered you or made you resentful.

Could be a person,

Could be an event,

Could be a thing.

And let's go ahead and picture that next thing in your mind.

Form it into another stone like brick.

And you place it down next to the other side by side.

I want you to choose another event,

Person or thing.

And form that into a block as you breathe in.

And we place that down next to the other two.

We know what those things are.

We're very familiar with them.

Remember,

They're yours and we accept them.

Let's add another.

Resentment.

You form it into the stone,

Laying it down.

Of anger and resentment.

One,

Resentment in the other.

These things do not make you strong.

These isolate you from your strength.

You want to break these bonds.

Break from these things.

These things are laid out in front of you as stones.

And your hands are like hammers.

These resentments with your hand begin to break the anger moments that you've had.

With every inhale,

Your strength is becoming stronger.

And you're able to smash these stones with your own two hands of anger and resentment.

Every smack.

Every slam with your hands against these rocks begins to tear away at their integrity.

They can't withstand the strength of your conviction.

Breathe in your strength.

Breathe out against these rocks as they smash apart.

As you are breaking free,

Your hands hurt like your heart hurts.

From these,

You smash them apart in your mind.

Breaking down into shards of rock.

They can't withstand your strength.

The others.

This wall begins to lose its integrity.

It can't hold you back anymore.

This wall serves you no purpose except to hold you back.

Smash away at the wall with your hands.

Your hands are tiring.

As you continue to smash them against this wall that's crumbling down.

All these events,

Angers,

Resentments turning into the dust of your memory.

As you're smashing through this wall that's been holding you back from your true glory.

Your hand,

His last begins to open up your hands.

With each rock that becomes the dust of memory.

Fingertips begin to stretch out.

Each hurt and anger and resentment.

Fate,

As we dealt with them head on.

We recognized them.

We justified them.

I am free.

I wipe away the dust of resentment.

And I free myself from this wall of my life.

Releasing this dust.

Embrace your freedom.

To allow light and release from the bonds.
