Use this meditation to heal your body, but also relieve stress, anxiety, and mental or emotional burden. It is good for you if you begin your transformation process, as a first meditation if you do not have any practice. However, it is good for you even if you do meditations regularly. Although it seems easy, it is a very powerful meditation. You may use it throughout the day, but it will have a better effect early in the morning or late at night, before sleep. Let the music play till the end, and try to keep the energy and all benefits for as long as you can after you meditate. Use it daily for best results.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Tiana and I am here to guide you into a beautiful healing meditation.

Please find a comfortable space,

Feet on the ground and straight spine.

Do not cross your legs or arms.

If you cannot stay straight or have any back pain,

Sit in a way that you can and lean your back against a chair or other piece of furniture with a backrest.

Pause this audio until you find the best position for you in this moment.

Now let's begin.

Please close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale through your nose.

One,

Two,

Three.

Again,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

And again,

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three.

Try to keep the breathings throughout the whole practice.

And now,

Please take your awareness to your head and relax it.

Relax from scalp to your neck.

Relax the top of your head,

Your forehead,

Your eyes,

Cheeks,

And mouth.

Check again and if there is any tension,

Relax that part of your head.

Relax your neck.

Feel your shoulders and relax them.

Let your shoulders free from burden and pains.

Keep breathing slowly and keep your attention to your body.

Relax your arms.

Position your hands on your lap or next to you as you feel most comfortable.

Relax your upper torso.

Feel your heart and your lungs.

And thank them for the great job they are doing.

Relax your lower torso.

Feel your internal organs and relax them.

Breathe into all your internal organs.

Relax your spine.

If you need to adjust your position,

Do it.

If anything hurts,

Change your position.

Relax your feet from top to bottom.

Feel your feet on the ground and feel secure and connected with the Mother Earth.

Check again your whole body and if there is any tension left,

Let it go and completely relax.

And breathe.

Breathe as you never breathed before.

Breathe as if this is the first time you feel the air and if your breathing is the best gift you received in your life.

Because it is.

Now imagine that from above the sky a white and bright light comes to you.

See it coming down slowly and brighter as it approaches you.

It is now just above your head.

Ask this light to help you heal all the ways you need.

Body,

Mind and soul.

And let it enter your body through the top of your head.

Lead this beam of light throughout your head and let it enter every cell.

And when you are done,

Lead it to your neck.

Get more light if need,

There is no limit to the light.

Just see it and let it enter your body.

Every cell of your neck is now flooded with light.

Go to your shoulders and arms and lead the light to all your cells and especially the parts that are in pain if there is any.

Get more light now and lead it to your heart.

Feel your heart and let it absorb all the light it needs.

Every cell and every atom are now shining.

Thank your heart for keeping you alive and for healing.

Lead the light to your lungs,

Feel how they absorb the light.

Breathe the light into all cells of your lungs.

Your kidneys,

Take the light to your kidneys.

Give thanks to your kidneys.

Now bless your liver for all the good work and surrender your liver to the light.

Your stomach needs your attention too.

Lead the light to your stomach.

Embrace all the other internal organs and all cells in your torso.

Love them as they all love you.

You are alive because they work for you.

Take your attention to your spine.

It is your spine that helps you stay on your feet.

Give it light and all your love.

Now lead the light to your feet.

They carry you through the world.

They help you walk and reach all your goals.

Love your feet.

Now give attention to all your body and see if there is any part,

Any organ or any cell that you did not touch.

Lead the light to those spots.

Is there any pain?

Lead the light there and let it heal that spot.

Let it take away the pain.

Feel your whole body flooded with light.

Feel gratitude for every cell.

Bless your body for all the hard work it does.

Give your body all your love.

Thank your body for waking up this morning.

Feel that you are completely healthy and in perfect harmony with the universe,

Mother nature and everything in you and outside you.

When you feel that there is no spot,

No organ or no cell left untouched,

It's time to let the light go.

Keep everything it brought you and the feeling of gratitude and love and let the light go.

Take your time.

Enjoy the music.

And when you feel ready,

Get your awareness back to the room in the present time and slowly open your eyes.

Slowly move your fingers and toes,

Your arms,

Your feet,

Your head and your body.

You are healthy,

Energetic and ready for a new experience.
