Use this meditation to heal your body, but also relieve stress, anxiety, and mental or emotional burden. It is good for you if you begin your transformation process, as a first meditation if you do not have any practice. However, it is good for you even if you do meditations regularly. Although it seems easy, it is a very powerful meditation. You may use it throughout the day, but it will have a better effect early in the morning or late at night, before sleep.
