A psychosomatic specialist,
And a meditation teacher.
I'm very happy to see you here in the modern fast-paced world with all of the excessive information,
It is so easy to forget about ourselves and it is so difficult to make time to take care of ourselves.
But there is a completely accessible and free to everyone tool that will help you find inner peace,

This tool is meditation.
Have you ever wondered how it feels to be completely present?
To be free from worries and anxiety.
Meditation offers a path to the state of tranquility,
Allowing us to connect with our inner world,
To know our authentic selves and experience profound feeling of well-being.
And meditation is not only for monks and yogis,
Even though I lived with Buddhist monks for a while myself,
But it is accessible to anyone and everyone in the modern world.
Regardless of your age,
Your background,
Your financial condition,
And so on.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety or stress in your life,
Or want to find a deeper sense of purpose,
Meditation can offer invaluable tools for your personal transformation.
Have already heard about great benefits of meditation but what the hell do you do with them?
How do you achieve them into your life?
Let's start one by one.
It can help you reduce your stress by regularly meditating.
Even if it is just five minutes a day,
You will notice a big shift and a big change in your life and your mental,
Emotional states,

When spending time with yourself and letting go of the outer world,

Your focus,

Because we get so much joy when we are present and focused and not multitasking.

One of the very powerful techniques,
Not only to achieve results in the states that you want to have in your life,
But simply imagining and improving this muscle in your mind can bring you so much value into your life.
You'll think out of the box,
You will find more creative solutions to your problems,
And probably you will not have many of problems because of your creative mind increased self-awareness.
Again,
One of the techniques that I love to use in my meditation when I'm guiding my clients is being aware of the present moment of your body,
Which not only helps you to strengthen your mind-body connection,
But also help you regulate your thoughts,
Your emotional states,
And increase the sense of well-being.
And I'm sure they've heard and probably have some of the misconceptions about meditation.
So what are they?
Many people believe that the goal of meditation is to let go of your thoughts,
To clear your mind,
To be right here right now without thinking or experiencing anything by just being in a white room with no elephants and spending hours in this state.
Instead,
The goal of meditation depends on each person,
On your goal,
What you want to achieve,
What path they chose for yourself.
And this is how I work with my clients.
We first identify what they want to achieve in your life,
How they want to feel,
What they want to change.
And out of all of the techniques and instruments that I can offer,
I choose the ones that personally suit each client.
And this is how personalized meditation journey begins and I'm sure that many of you guys are watching and thinking oh my god I have tried to meditate billions of time in my life but I cannot do that I have all of the thoughts in my head swirling around and I There is no point in trying more.
