This meditation will help you relax, balance your energy, and lighten your head and emotions. We will begin being here and now. Later, practice two types of breathwork (1:2 technique and alternative nostril breathing). After, I will gently guide you to your favorite nature place. In the end, you will create energetic protection around yourself and enjoy your new calm and peaceful state. There is also a short version of the meditation, without breathing practices, on my page.
