What is it trying to tell you?
Listen carefully.
The answer may come up as words,
Pictures,
Feelings,
Emotions,
Or sensations.
What are the heart's needs and desires?
Allow your heart to listen.
Allow yourself to receive its message with no judgment and no expectations.
And simply observe the messages that arise,
Whatever they might be.
There is no right or wrong,
Only your truth.
Your priceless truth.
Listen actively to your heart,
As if you were listening to a loved one.
Pay attention to the emotions that arise,
Sensations in your body and your chest area,
And the thoughts across your mind.
All these messages from your heart are guiding you towards a deeper understanding of yourself.
Whatever it is,
Allow it to come up and allow yourself to receive.
Continue breathing steadily,
Having no expectations and zero judgments.
Offer your heart the same love and compassion that you would offer to a dear friend.
Acknowledge its present feelings and experiences,
No matter how difficult or challenging they may be.
All you have to do is just to be with your heart,
Effortlessly.
Offer it your full presence,
Your full attention.
And imagine sending a warm,
Healing energy of your favorite color to your heart,
Soothing its physical shape and offering the comfort.
Surround your heart with the cocoon of love and support,
Just as you would do to someone that you deeply care about.
Let this soothing cocoon soften your heart.
Feel how it opens up little by little,
And perhaps its voice,
Its whisper becomes a little bit louder and more clear.
Spend a few more moments here with your heart,
Spend a few more moments here with your heart,
Simply being together.
Treat your heart and yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would expect and that you would extend to others.
And deeply believe that you are worthy of love and compassion more than anyone else.
Feel the love that is sent to your heart and that grows from your heart right now.
