Hi,

My friend.

My name is Diana and today I want to share with you a short immersive gratitude practice.

So sit or lie down comfortably.

Feel your whole body,

All the parts of it.

Inhale into your whole body,

Expanding the belly and sending the refreshing oxygen to every cell.

Rest your attention in the middle of your head and relax.

Discover a place that you loved visiting in the past.

Maybe from your childhood or vacation.

Imagine yourself there now.

Look around,

Noticing all the small and pretty details of it.

Open your horizon and see the whole place.

Inhale its air.

Relax into its presence.

Remember why this place is so special.

And let this feeling penetrate your whole being.

Your brain that keeps these amazing memories.

Your soul that keeps the love for this place.

Your spirit for all the experienced emotions and your body for being there.

Thank the whole universe for putting every piece of a puzzle so that you could experience being in that place.

And of course,

Feel gratitude to yourself for visiting this place.

For doing everything possible to be there for yourself.

For creating your life.

For making it all happen.

Bathe in these feelings of gratitude.

Sense them physically in your body.

Let this energy move around inside of you.

Let it flow out and fill the whole room.

Enjoy this moment as long as you want.

And if you are ready,

Keeping this feeling for the rest of your day,

Take a deep breath into your belly,

Add some movement to your body and open your eyes.

I wrote this meditation sitting on a bench in a national park overlooking a huge glacier.

And I feel grateful for experiencing this place.

I am grateful to me for coming here and being able to afford this trip.

And I am thankful to you for being here and now with me.

See you next time.

Bye.
