Greetings,
Friends.
Thank you so much for joining this guided meditation.
On healing.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat.
A position that is upright.
But not uptight.
I invite you to close your eyes.
Just drop into the natural rhythm.
Of your breath.
Just noticing the rise and fall of each cycle of breath.
Nothing more to do.
Nowhere else to be except present.
In that organic.
Now this is you.
Relax into the seats.
Hands can rest easily.
Eyes can soften,
Relax your jaw,
Feel your shoulders.
Fall away from your ears.
Begin to feel the places where Our bodies are supported.
The ground beneath you,
Maybe the cushion or a chair.
Just noticing the natural.
How your body moves around the breath.
I'd like to begin with a quote from Deepak Chopra.
This is a way to.
.
.
Focus are.
Intention as we practice together.
He said healing is the return of the memory.
Of wholeness.
Let's say spiritual.
Experience.
A return,
Of the memory.
Of your wholeness.
Note that it's not a creation of someone or something new.
Not repairing yourself and the person you love.
Think you should be.
Not becoming.
Worthy of being whole.
It's a return.
It's a.
.
.
Remembering.
The wholeness that is.
Abundant.
In that abundance.
Surges throughout your body with each cycle of breath.
Be to the heart.
Not something to achieve.
Something to.
.
.
Feel.
Pain can obscure it.
Grief.
Can.
Mask it.
Fear,
Exhaustion,
Disappointment.
Conflict.
These are experiences of suffering that can make us feel separate.
Separate from.
Parts of ourselves,
The qualities of our being.
True being.
And sometimes.
.
.
We might even feel.
Separate from life itself.
And yet,
Even though it may have become difficult to feel,
Is by no means.
Diminished.
So rather than beginning with the question,
What is wrong with me or even what needs to be fixed.
Let's meet ourselves.
Somewhere gentler.
Somewhere a little deeper in our heart center.
Being ourselves in that space beyond.
Judgment.
With listening.
We can greet ourselves with a question.
What within me is ready?
To remember.
Wholeness.
And the mind will try to seek for an answer.
But in this practice,
Allow the answers to emerge from heart center.
Maybe even.
.
.
Behind the heartbeat.
Is the rhythm of your breath.
For now,
Simply.
Receive the inhale.
Let go of any obstacles.
You need to exhale.
As you would bring your attention more fully into that space at heart center.
Notice the breath moving in.
Feel the difference as the breath moves out.
There's no need to change this rhythm.
As we receive each breath.
Begin to notice.
What else is present.
Maybe a sensation in the body.
Quite often an emotion in a couple of this practice.
Fueled by memory.
Maybe discomfort.
A place that might feel tired,
Guarded.
Perhaps something even vulnerable.
This is not to judge,
It's merely to.
.
.
Observe.
And we can allow the question to change.
To evolve.
What is asking?
To be received.
Not corrected,
Not explained.
Never judged.
Simply received with grace.
What is it within us that is asking?
To be received.
There may be an impulse to judge,
To push away.
Or maybe to solve it.
Or to try and sort out.
What it means in this moment.
Instead,
Maybe just for this moment,
Just for a little while,
Just a few moments we share.
We can create some room around it.
Unclenching the fist,
Observing the space that emerges.
This receiving,
This listening does not mean surrendering judgment.
Simply means allowing what is present.
To be noticed.
Perhaps healing.
Begins.
In that space.
Quietly.
So we return to the natural steady rhythm.
Of our breath.
Something that has been excluded.
Or even ignored.
Allowing it to belong to our awareness again.
Listening.
Hearing something that has not been heard.
Is finally.
.
.
Given enough silence of stillness.
To speak.
What is asking?
What is chasing after us to be?
Mercy.
With abundance.
It's overflowing.
Sometimes we might even unconsciously or subconsciously try to contain it.
So we build walls.
Defense.
To protect.
If it feels comfortable,
You might place.
A hand over the heart or a hand over the abdomen.
Is to tune into that rhythm.
Each breath restored.
Each beat of the heart.
Descending path.
Your abundance is overflowing throughout your body.
Just notice that.
The warrant.
Imagine sending your breath throughout your entire body.
Just consider for a moment that wholeness does not mean.
.
.
Perfection.
Spammas.
Extending.
Beyond our own perception.
With enough strength and tenderness to contain both joy and grief.
Certainty and uncertainty.
To recognize that.
We have healed in the past.
And in this moment we are.
Giving space to heal.
To return to that memory of wholeness.
The parts of ourselves we can welcome easily.
In the parts we are still learning how to hold.
Sometimes healing might mean remembering that no single wound contains the whole of who we are.
We can allow a question to evolve again,
Too.
Feel the difference.
When we meet this moment.
That sense of wholeness.
Perhaps it feels like that weight is… Lift it off your shoulders.
Perhaps it feels like.
Authentic self.
Is given life.
Given light to emerge.
Perhaps forgiveness.
Assistance.
Perhaps just.
.
.
Allowing yourself.
Simply to be.
Until we come back to the breath.
As we feel the rhythm of the heart.
Allow your own abundance.
Your wholeness too.
Emerged.
There is space for compassion.
There is space for opening the heart.
Wholeness.
Two can have room for boundaries.
Just like a.
.
.
Flowing river to the sea,
Still the shoreline.
Yet what's real.
The abundance of that river nourishes.
Plants,
Trees,
Animals that extend beyond the boundaries.
Those boundaries do not close our hearts.
Sometimes it's what allows the heart to remain open.
To allow your awareness to expand.
Beyond the shoreline of your own body beyond the boundaries.
Beyond this.
Humble meditation.
And dropping into that.
Sense of abundance that's waiting for you.
Whenever you're ready.
Whenever you're ready to step into stillness.
Healing can move outward through us like a vehicle,
Transmitting that power,
That abundance that's overflowing.
Because we know it fully.
They never understand it completely.
Is simply aware of the way we meet ourselves and the we.
Meet one another.
Quality of our awareness.
Inspires the quality of our intention.
As you find that energy of your intention.
What's one place in your life?
You need it the most to flow,
To nourish.
What can I offer that serves healing?
Presence.
Patience,
Encouragement.
A helping hand.
Honesty.
Kindness.
Forgiveness.
Grace,
Or even simply just space.
Space debris.
Allow yourself the dignity.
Of walking the path that belongs to you.
Allow each step to be.
Small enough.
That you feel.
It's completely real.
No need to do more.
Simply listen.
Stay in it.
Stay in each step.
Sometimes pausing.
Sometimes flowing.
Crater strides.
Larger steps.
Even running.
Pulled by.
The abundance of your wholeness.
Sometimes pausing to rest in wisdom.
Is learning to feel the difference.
The breath is that tether.
As we return.
To the breath,
Noticing the inhale.
It's allowing yourself to feel the difference with each exhale.
Receiving each.
Exhaling.
A wholeness.
Of our abundance.
And noticing that quiet space between the two.
It is true scientifically,
Metaphysically,
Spiritually,
That The you that sat.
For this meditation is.
Not the same you listening.
At this moment.
Simply notice what qualities have emerged.
Perhaps nothing has been resolved and certainly nothing needs to be.
Be resolved.
Notice something that has been waiting to be noticed within you.
And compassion.
The strength,
The beauty,
The wisdom,
And again,
All the grace,
The entire universe.
Right there at heart center.
Is more than enough.
Take a slightly deeper breath in.
Feel the lungs filling up.
Enjoy the pause at the top.
Exhaling,
Softly sighing.
Noticing that vibration in the back of the throat.
It's breathing in.
Breathing out.
There's no rush.
Whenever you're ready.
Allow your eyes to softly open.
Maybe the hands resting on your lap.
As you return to your day,
Carry this.
Sense of wholeness with you.
Healing begins.
On what already belongs.
Is welcomed home.
With all my love,
With all my gratitude.
Namaste.
