And start to feel into your seat.

You find a comfortable seat.

Maybe notice the earth beneath your feet under the sits bones.

Begin to tune in to that natural harmony.

Start to feel that vibrational energy from the earth.

This relaxing tension.

Maybe feeling that energy moving up from your sits bones into the spine,

One vertebrae at a time.

I even feel that energy through the heart and the lungs.

Sitting a little taller,

That energy makes its way the third eye.

Imagine that space right in the center.

Maybe even lifting the crown of the head a little higher.

Let's bring our hands together at heart center.

Prayer position,

Anjali mudra.

As we find this mudra,

Imagine that energy like a circuit.

Vibrational energy completed as the fingertips gently press together.

That space,

Maybe three or four inches in front of the heart.

In that space,

Allow just a few inches of separation between your palms.

In that space,

Take a few moments.

Let's set a mindful intention.

Maybe a thought of peace and thought of love.

A moment for gratitude.

Each breath seals your intention,

Giving life and strength,

That energy,

The source.

The mantra,

Om Mani Padme Hum.

The jewel is in the lotus.

Imagine that beautiful energy,

The jewel nested gently in the palms of your hands.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Imagine that space,

That jewel is a seed,

A seed of the lotus waiting to blossom.

Listen so intently,

You can hear the seed struggling to burst from the shell.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

With each breath,

Give life to the seed,

To the jewel within.

You can imagine the tiny bud,

The sprout,

The sprout,

A new life.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Finding that breath,

That new life,

Feel the warmth between your palms,

The energy,

Love creating.

Listen to that space so deeply,

You can hear the lotus blossom one petal at a time.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Noticing that harmony,

The resonance,

The energy from the earth,

Giving new life,

Allowing that space to grow.

A beautiful lotus blossoms and feeling that love,

That energy circulating through your body.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Begin to imagine that space,

Just a warm glow of energy,

Of light,

Golden,

Almost like this warm honey,

The warmth of the sun between the palms of your hands.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

With each new breath,

Allow that space to grow and see that light,

That love,

The shining between that space,

Between your fingers,

Shining from center,

That space between your palms.

Begin to feel and begin to feel that warm,

Soothing glow,

That golden honey just permeating every cell of your body.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

With every breath,

Just stoke the fire,

That warm sun from within.

Noticing the tips of the fingers just very gently touching.

With each breath,

That energy grows,

Feeling that energy,

That connection between the palms of your hands.

Ever so gently,

Allow the palms to separate just a little further.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Feeling that space now between the fingertips,

Between the palms,

Filled with light,

That energy from your heart center continues to glow,

Continues to grow,

Filling up your lungs,

Filling up your heart,

Focusing your mind's eye.

Notice now the palms are maybe three or four inches apart,

But filled in that space of light and love.

Each cycle of breath,

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Allow maybe five or six inches now between your palms,

Allowing that space to grow,

That energy of light and love just organically growing with each breath.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

In your mind's eye,

See that space growing with love and creation,

Filling up your body,

Filling up the space you're in,

Filling up your home.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

The hands are maybe even shoulder width apart,

But still connected,

Still feeling that beautiful glowing energy circulating through your body,

Through your home,

Shining into every space.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Very slowly,

Begin to bring the palms back towards one another.

As you feel that energy,

Allow it to connect to your heart center,

That beautiful love and peace and joy growing in your heart center,

Even shining up into your third eye.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Notice that moment,

The fingertips gently come back together,

Focusing,

Channeling that light and love through the crown of your head,

Feeling the warm glow of the jewel in the lotus.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

All this energy just to fill your body and fill your soul and come back to your purest intention.

May light and love fill your body,

Fill your home,

And fill your life.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

The light,

The love,

And me honors this light,

The love,

And you,

And victory victory to that light.

Om Mani Padme Hum.

Namaste.
