Let's follow up on your 2021 goal-setting with a brief meditation you can do daily to re-connect to your goal and channel its power to your present. The more consistent you connect with your goal and resonate with its vibration, the more you will manifest it. Time to get on with your goals and vision.

Hello there,

It's Will from Destiny Genesis and today we're going to check in on your goal.

We're almost through the first month of January,

One month down in 2021.

And maybe things are going great for you right now,

You're really moving towards your goals.

Or maybe you need to reconnect to your goal to find more motivation.

So we're going to do a guided meditation here.

If you want to find somewhere relaxing to sit or lie down.

In the meantime I'll just explain a little bit about it.

It's the meditation that I do every day,

If not several times daily to reconnect to my goal of being a life coach.

So it's going to be three parts.

The first part we're going to get you to relax,

To clear your mind and be open to what happens next.

Then we're going to visualize you in the future.

We're going to see what you look like,

Hear whatever is going on and feel what it feels like to have achieved your goal in the future.

And finally we're going to make sure that we have access to that feeling,

That resource in the present time.

So hopefully you found somewhere comfortable.

And I just want you to go inside and look for a sensation in your body.

Somewhere that feels good.

So search around,

Use your consciousness to scan through your body.

Every corner,

Every inch.

There are infinite possibilities,

Infinite locations that you could move your consciousness through your body.

And as you do that now,

Find and hone in on one that feels best.

And so just really feel that feeling that's going on there,

Whatever it is.

Hopefully a good feeling.

And now I want you to continue to do that.

And while you do that,

I want you to listen through your ears for the sound of silence.

Whatever that sound is to you when you're in a quiet room,

A quiet place.

Whatever that sounds like,

I want you to hear it.

And oftentimes if you just look close to your ears,

If you just sense in the field near your ears,

You can detect that sound of silence.

And it's always there with you.

And it doesn't have to be an uncomfortable sound.

It can be a comforting sound because it is always there with you.

So hear the sound of silence.

Focus on that space right near your ears where you hear the sound.

Then go back to the sensation in your body that feels good and go back and forth between those.

Try to experience them both at the same time if you can.

And if not,

That's okay.

Just go back and forth between those two.

Finally,

Like a juggler,

We're going to add a third component.

So now I want you to imagine that your mind is totally clear,

Totally empty.

Like an empty bottle,

An empty window,

An empty vessel.

Just totally empty,

Clear.

There's no thoughts.

If someone were looking at your mind,

They would see right through it because there would be nothing there.

Your thoughts empty.

And while you do that,

Focus on the sound of silence.

Focus on that feeling in your body.

And when you practice this over and over again,

You will find that over time,

Your consciousness,

Your point of focus,

That oftentimes is in our head,

In our brain,

Will start to sink down into our body.

And that's a good feeling.

That means you're doing it right.

It may be uncomfortable at first,

But allow yourself to ease into it.

And to enjoy it because it's being fully present in the now.

So hopefully you feel pretty well relaxed by now.

We're going to move into visualizing your goal.

So bring up whatever goal you'd like to work on or achieve or make progress on this year.

Just bring it up and see yourself doing it.

Watch yourself doing this goal.

Maybe you're experiencing it from the first person.

So see what's going on in the sea as you accomplish your goal.

Whatever is there,

Make the colors brighter,

Make them more vivid.

Make it more clear.

Really see everything that's going on.

The little details that you didn't quite notice.

The expression on your face.

The look of anyone else who is in this scene with you.

And now I want you to hear what's going on.

Maybe you're speaking,

Maybe someone is speaking to you.

Maybe there is applause,

Maybe there's music in the room,

Or maybe it's something else.

But just pay attention to whatever sounds are going on as you accomplish your goal.

Or maybe in this envisioning you've already accomplished your goal.

And now I want you to really feel all of the joy and any emotion that you feel when you accomplish this goal.

Whatever feeling you will experience when you achieve this goal.

Feel that now.

And so now you should have a feeling and I want you to amplify it.

Magnify it.

Make it bigger.

Make it ten times bigger.

Make it a hundred times bigger.

Feel it.

Feel it wherever it is.

Feel that feeling that you get when you accomplish this goal.

Experience it.

And now experience the whole thing.

The feeling,

The sounds,

The sights.

You are there.

It is as if you are there experiencing it right now.

Feeling so good to have accomplished your goal.

Feel it for just a moment more now.

Good.

And so if your eyes were closed for this,

You can open them back up.

They're already open.

That's okay too.

So now we need to make sure that you bring your experience back to the present.

So whatever that feeling was,

You have your eyes open.

Imagine yourself how you were when you accomplish that goal.

And try to feel that feeling again.

Channel that feeling from this meditation into your present.

Channel it in.

You can tell your body how you want it to feel.

So just channel in that feeling right in the present.

And try to hold that feeling throughout the day as long as you can.

Come back to that feeling as often as you can.

And do this meditation several times a day.

And over the course of two or three weeks,

You will begin to feel this feeling of success all the time.

You can always return to this feeling.

And this feeling,

Which you channel from your future,

Will influence your success in the present.

So practice this two or three times a day,

Every day.

Channel that future experience of your success.

And thank you for listening.
