Start to acknowledge the senses by tuning to any sounds in your natural environment.

Softly,

Start to take your first inhale through the nose and an exhale out the mouth.

Hear the sound of your breath.

Bring and shift your hands so that they are landed to the pit of the belly.

Open up the fingertips.

Tune in to your natural rhythm.
