Connecting With Inner Peace

This meditation is a powerful and therapeutic practice designed to relieve stress and enter a deep state of relaxation. During this meditation your attention will be gently guided throughout the body, starting above the head and working all the way down to the feet. The intention of this meditation is to instil and anchor healing angelic light into every part of the body and mind. This practice will allow you to reconnect all parts of the body and mind with a deep sense of inner peace.

For this meditation it is important that you allow yourself to relax as much as you possibly can.

Uncross your legs and arms.

Be seated in a comfortable position.

Consciously allow yourself to breathe slowly and deeply for a couple of moments.

In your mind now give yourself permission to let go of any thoughts,

Feelings,

Emotions that are not in alignment with your inner peace,

Even if you are not consciously aware of what these may be.

We are going to call upon now your guardian angels and the archangels that work closest with you.

We are going to get them to amplify their healing angelic energy to help and assist with this meditation,

Bringing deep healing,

Peace and love to all parts of your body and into your life.

Imagine now that you are being surrounded in a dazzling white pillar of light.

This pillar is lowered around your entire body.

Imagine that you are wrapped in this beautiful angelic light and are completely safe and secure within this space.

I want you to imagine above your head pure white gold angelic light beginning to flow right down over your head.

You may sense or see as this really healing,

Soothing angelic energy begins to connect with your body,

With your aura.

You may even imagine it coming from a pure illumined sphere of light directly over your head.

Imagine at the very top of your head is a pure white golden doorway.

In your mind you can give permission for this door to open or be opened now by this pure healing angelic light.

Once the doorway is opened allow any blockages,

Any heaviness around your head,

Any stuck thoughts or emotions to clear and be carried away by that pure angelic white golden light.

The beautiful healing angelic light now flows into and around your head bringing a deep sense of peace.

Be aware now as this pure healing angelic light now continues to flow right down into your third eye which is situated in the centre of your forehead.

Visualise a beautiful doorway in the centre of your forehead.

Allow this door to open or be opened now.

Be aware as any heaviness flows free from your third eye,

Any stuck thoughts or emotions,

Anything blocking how you view yourself and how you view your life all clearing now as this pure healing energy restores clarity and brings a stronger connection to your own inner guidance,

Your intuition.

This pure healing white golden light now flows into your throat area inside and outside your throat.

Once again I want you to visualise a beautiful sky blue doorway and allow that door to open or be opened now leading right into the throat area.

Allow any stale,

Stuck or stagnant energies to flow free.

This white golden light is now removing anything which may have blocked or prevented you from being yourself,

Any words spoken or unspoken that may have gotten caught in this area.

Allowing the most amazing,

Pure healing energy to fill this space,

The area of the throat chakra with unconditional love and peace.

Once again bringing deep sense of peace to this area.

This angelic white golden light now flows right into and around your shoulders.

All as anything which may have been burdening you or weighing you down is now lifted and released by the pure healing energies,

Tremendously lifting your vibrations and infusing healing energies into your shoulders and the back of your neck,

Bringing a deep sense of peace,

A lightness.

The angelic white golden light now flows into your heart chakra which is situated in the centre of your chest area.

Open a beautiful emerald green doorway leading into this space.

See this door open or being opened now.

Allow to flow free any heartache or heartbreak,

Any heaviness,

Any stuck thoughts or emotions or anything which is not in alignment with your inner peace.

Feel now as this beautiful white golden light flows right into your heart centre.

Feel a sense of peace as this pure healing energy deeply activates and stills this peace deep within your heart.

Feel as the beautiful angelic energies within your heart now begin to flow right up into your arms,

Down into your elbows and then down into each hand.

Bring your awareness to the palms of your hands.

Open little doorways within your palms.

See or sense these doorways opening now,

Allowing that pure,

Infinite,

Angelic healing energy to flow out through the palms of your hands.

Know that you are channeling this pure healing light right into your own aura.

Allow yourself to tune right into your hands.

You may be aware that they feel hot or cold,

Even tingly as you do this.

This pure white gold light now flows down into your solar plexus which is situated just under your sternum.

Imagine a beautiful golden doorway leading into this space.

See this doorway opening now or being opened.

Imagine as any stress,

Any strain and worry within this area flows free now and is carried away by that golden white light.

Imagine within the very core of your solar plexus is a beautiful bright beaming golden light,

Like a sun shining from within.

This is symbolic of your power.

Be aware now as anyone or anything which may have disconnected you from your power is now healed and cleared from this area and this big beautiful light of yours is now shining from you.

You are now fully connected to your power.

Feel yourself be powerful.

The pure angelic white gold light now flows into your abdominal area.

Filling this entire area with pure healing light.

Filling every atom,

Every electron of this space with healing light.

Feel as it flows right down your sacral chakra which is located about an inch below your belly button.

Imagine a beautiful vibrant orange doorway leading into this space.

Be aware now as this door opens or is opened.

Feel as any heaviness flows free,

Any stuck thoughts or emotions,

Anything which is not in alignment with your inner peace is being gently neutralized and removed by the angels and by the beautiful pure angelic golden light.

Now be aware as anything which may be blocking your creativity is gently being healed and cleared.

You can imagine in this space a beautiful vibrant orange color beginning to form,

Beginning to grow,

Healing and activating your creativity.

Allow this energy to build and grow within you.

Know the pure white golden light is fully activating and instilling the essence of peace deep within this area.

That beautiful angelic healing energy now continues to flow down right into your pelvic area.

Once again filling this entire space in pure healing angelic light.

At the very base of your spine imagine a beautiful red doorway.

This doorway leads to your base chakra.

Imagine this doorway open or being opened now.

Allow to flow free any heaviness,

Anything blocking your ability to be fully present in your body and in your life,

Anything which is not in alignment with your own inner peace.

Imagine this pure white golden light filling this space,

Infusing and activating deep peace and healing.

Feel this area becoming stronger.

Be aware as you become very present in your body,

As you feel very grounded within yourself.

Allow this pure healing angelic light now to flow right down into your legs,

Lifting,

Healing and removing any stale,

Stuck or stagnant energies.

Feel as this beautiful healing energy now flows into your knees.

Once again imagine little doorways leading into your knees and see these doorways open or being opened now,

Allowing any stale,

Stuck or stagnant energy to flow free.

Allowing this pure angelic energy to fill the knee area and indeed your entire body with strong,

Supportive energies.

Know that all around you there is unlimited support and assistance from the angels and the angelic realms.
