Hello I'm Deb from Wisdom Arts and welcome to this self-love meditation.

Get yourself comfortable either seated in a chair or perhaps you may want to be lying down.

I also invite you to have your palms facing up in the open to receive position,

Either comfortably by your side or if you're sitting down on your lap.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose and a deep breath out perhaps through the mouth,

That's it,

That's it,

That's it.

Allow your body to soften,

Your shoulders to relax and your mind to become still.

This is your time,

A safe space to heal and release the pain and suffering you've been carrying for far too long,

A chance to reconnect with your younger self.

I invite you to go back to when you were a child,

A time when you felt unloved and you began to doubt your own value.

Perhaps it was something somebody said to you,

Perhaps it's something you experienced.

I will give you a few moments to reflect here,

Note that the memories that come up are the root of your low self-worth,

The place where your self-love became blocked.

Notice yourself here,

Have a look at your younger self,

Your facial expression,

Your posture,

Your feelings.

This younger self has been waiting for you,

Ask yourself what did I need at that time that I didn't receive.

I'll give you a moment here now to reflect.

Walk towards your younger self,

Kneel down if you need to,

Look into your younger self's eyes and slowly and softly tell yourself I understand you,

I'm here for you now,

I'm here to love you,

To heal you and give you what you needed.

I'm here to release your pain and suffering.

Take your younger self into your arms and give them a warm hug,

Tell them gently it's safe now,

It's safe to release this pain,

You are not alone anymore,

I'm here with you.

Let yourself feel this moment fully,

Giving yourself the comfort,

The safety and the love that you always needed.

Now gently place both hands on your heart,

Feel the warmth beneath your palms.

Your heart chakra is the center of all energies,

It unifies your being as a whole.

Take a deep breath into your heart space and as you do imagine a glowing radiant pink light forming.

With every breath this pink light grows bigger and brighter,

It fills your heart and it begins to expand.

Let it wash over your entire body,

Flowing into your arms,

Your legs,

Your spine,

Moving into every single cell,

Every organ,

Every part of your being.

This pink light is unconditional love,

It is here to heal you,

To restore you,

To remind you,

You are loved and you are love.

Now see yourself standing tall,

Radiant and empowered,

You are no longer carrying the weight of the past,

You are free,

Sovereign,

Divine.

And now repeat after me,

In your heart or out loud,

I am love,

I am loved,

I am worthy,

I am whole,

I am divine.

I move forward with unconditional love for myself and for others,

It is my gift to be and live in my power.

Take three deep breaths now,

With each inhale breathe in love,

With each exhale release any pain from the past.

Breathing in love and releasing any pain.

That's it,

That's it and one more breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

You are love,

You are loved and you are free and when you are ready you can gently bring yourself back to the room by wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Feeling the weight of the surface beneath you,

Supporting you,

You may hear the local sounds in your area and when you're ready you can gently open your eyes.

That's the end of the meditation,
