Today, we’ll shift from the habit of pushing through difficult emotions or discomfort and instead explore embodied awareness —a somatic practice of tuning into your body’s natural signals. Doing this during yoga nidra whilst in the state of deep rest can help your mind process and support your experience. This practice encourages you to listen to what arises with curiosity and compassion, allowing emotions and sensations to move through you without judgment or the need to fix or dismiss them.

Aligning Actions with Intentions
In today's yoga nidra practice you are invited to explore the transformative power of self-acceptance. By daring to notice your deepest desires and allowing yourself to dream freely, you open greater clarity and purpose. Mindfulness teaches us that repressing emotions and desires can lead to stress, numbness, and disconnection from ourselves. But embracing your true intentions fosters self-awareness and a deeper sense of alignment between your inner world and outward actions.

Connecting To Your Inner Light
This final yoga nidra practice builds on the themes of the past four days with a focus on balance and connection, starting with some emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping. Aligning actions with intentions in yesterday’s session may have sparked new motivation and energy—but it may also have brought a reassessment of your expectations or a sense of striving. So, to stay grounded, we’ll connect with your unique, radiant inner light—a source of authenticity that exists beyond judgment or striving. This light is always within you, ready to be accessed as a resource whenever you need guidance, calm, or renewed focus in your waking life. Each connection to your inner light may feel different, and over time, you’ll notice how this inner radiance evolves with your personal growth.
