We are not here to fight those thoughts.
We’re here to observe them — and begin to lovingly release them.
As we move through this practice, you’ll reconnect with your breath and your body, giving your nervous system permission to soften and let go.
Let this be your first step into a lighter, truer version of you — the one that’s always been there, underneath the noise.
