Lektion 1
Welcoming Session
Forget monks on mountaintops! We kick things off by debunking those wild meditation myths. No, you don't need to levitate, and yes, your brain is allowed to think! We'll chat about what meditation is: a simple way to hit the 'pause' button on life's chaos. Think of it as a mental coffee break, but way less caffeinated.
Lektion 2
The Anchor Of Breath
You've been breathing your whole life! But today, we'll make it less 'automatic' and more 'awesome.' We'll use your breath as an anchor to the present moment. No complicated techniques, just in and out. And hey, if you get distracted, don't worry, we're all in that same boat.
Lektion 3
Body Scan For Relaxation
Ever feel like you're carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? Turns out, you probably are! We'll do a gentle body scan to find all those hidden pockets of tension. It's like a treasure hunt, but the treasure is relaxation. Spoiler alert: You might fall asleep. And that's okay too!
Lektion 4
Mindful Listening
Ready to tune into the world? We're not talking about eavesdropping (well, maybe a little). We'll practice mindful listening, noticing the sounds around us without judgment. Is that a siren? A bird? Or just your brain making up stories? Either way, we'll listen and let it be.
Lektion 5
Loving-Kindness Meditation
Time to spread the love! We'll start with kindness to ourselves (a very important step!) and then send those good vibes out to the world. It’s like giving your heart a warm, fuzzy blanket. No actual hugs are required, unless you really want to.
Lektion 6
Observing Thoughts
Your mind is a wild place! We'll sit back and watch the show, observing our thoughts like they're characters on a reality TV show. Drama? Comedy? Suspense? We'll see it all. Remember, you're the director, not the star. And yes, you can change the channel anytime.
Lektion 7
Walking Meditation
Let's take this track outdoors! We'll practice mindful walking, turning a regular stroll into a moving meditation. Feel the ground, breathe the air, and just be present with each step. It's like taking your meditation out for a walk. No gym membership is required!
Lektion 8
Integration & Daily Practice
In this session, we focus on making meditation a sustainable part of your life. We'll review the techniques learned, help you choose practices that resonate with you, and discuss how to integrate them into your daily routine, even with a busy schedule. This session is about creating a personalized plan for ongoing practice, ensuring you can continue to access your inner sanctuary and the benefits of meditation long after the course ends.
Lektion 9
Farewell
Now, as we wrap things up, remember that this isn't truly an 'end,' but rather a new beginning. You've now got a toolbox full of techniques to help you find calm, focus, and connection. I encourage you to revisit the meditations that resonated most with you. And I'd love for you to stay connected! I'm here to support you on your ongoing journey. Remember, meditation is a practice, not a destination. It's about showing up for yourself, moment by moment, with kindness and curiosity. You've got this! And I wish you all the best as you continue to find and nurture your inner sanctuary. May all be well with you.
