You’ll learn how the four core practices of this journey—grounding the nervous system, offering yourself compassion, cultivating inner clarity, and reconnecting with joy—work together as a restorative cycle to support you through the holiday season. You’ll also be guided through how each session is structured, including how the teaching and guided practice in each lesson help you settle, soften, and meet the season with greater steadiness and presence.

This lesson includes a soothing, body-based practice to help regulate the nervous system and release holiday stress. You’ll practice simple breath and awareness techniques to ground yourself when emotions or environments feel overwhelming.

This session guides you through a practice of offering yourself love and compassion — remembering that you are already enough, just as you are. Through guided reflection and simple phrases of care, you’ll reconnect with your inherent worthiness and allow compassion to flow inward.

This lesson explores boundaries as an expression of dignity, clarity, and care for yourself and your relationships. Through guided awareness, you’ll practice recognizing and honoring both your genuine Yes and true No, making space for choices rooted in truth and authenticity.

Finding Joy In Presence
This session invites you to experience joy not as something to earn or perform, but as a quiet expression of presence. Through gentle body-based awareness, you’ll explore how joy and well-being can naturally arise when you allow things to be as they are.
