Lektion 1
Honouring Our Values
The first part of this course requires some introspection, a space for us to step into how we are feeling and to set an intention for what’s to come during the next few days. This part requires some space and time to think, to question and to write, and is the beginning of a journey to forming an intimate, exciting, and new relationship with not only your partner/ future partners, but first and foremost, with yourself.

The Attachment Styles
This is where we explore the attachment styles, the psychology behind them and what this means for our relationships. The attachment styles are a vital aspect to discover for the development of healthy relationships. Becoming familiar with these attachment styles and learning about our own, as well as our partner's, is fundamentally important when navigating ourselves into a conscious relationship, with the different styles working as a mechanism in our brains that are responsible for tracking and monitoring safety for us.
Lektion 3
Conscious Communication
Communication is fundamentally important not just in intimate relationships but in all aspects of our lives. Learning how to communicate with people will help us all in living peacefully and harmoniously. This is where we will also explore both feminine and masculine values, and the ways in which conscious communication depends on them, as well as the things we need to actively avoid during conflict too. Being able to have solid foundations and the understanding of how to properly communicate can ensure a constant place of peace and compassion.
Lektion 4
The Power Of Choice
The power of our choice is a prominent and fascinating subject, and during this lesson we will explore the different ways in which we can actively choose the aspects of our lives we give our attention to, outside of our relationships, because our love and happiness first and foremost must begin within ourselves first. We will also learn mindfulness practices and affirmations to remind ourselves each day that we hold the choice on how we feel and how we show up.
Lektion 5
Updating Our Narrative
Many of us live with anxiety and fear which, if left to its own devices, can create a negative space within our relationships. A space where jealousy, insecurity, and inadequacy uncomfortably live, with many of us not knowing how to release these thoughts and feelings. Allowing them to manifest and create conflict. So here is where we will discover the tools and practices needed, to ensure that we not only know why we may be holding on to them, but most importantly, how we can let go of them.
Lektion 6
The Inner Work
Although this whole week has been a journey of introspection, today we are going even deeper by exploring our shadow self and inner child work. This is fundamentally important to work on for our intimate relationships, because it’s usually within our relationships, that we meet these hidden parts of ourselves that need healing. And we must meet these parts head on and embrace them with love.

Recap
This is a summary and recap of the last 7 days. Today’s practice is to ensure you are left feeling safe, understood, and most importantly, loved. We will have an overview of all the subjects we have covered and remind ourselves of the practices that are there to come back to each day, enabling us to continue creating a nourishing, safe, and compassionate space within our relationships.
