Lektion 1
Everyone Is Psychic, And So Are You!
Welcome to Lesson 1! In this lesson, I’ll describe what I mean by the term, “Everyday Intuition,” which, in short, refers to naturally tuning into your own intuitive abilities on a day-to-day basis, whether at work, home, school, or wherever you are. I’ll also discuss some of the things that are associated with having sharper, more accurate intuition, including meditation, empathy, regular practice, and getting feedback. The lesson will finish with two exercises - one to help you take note of how your intuition has communicated with you thus far, and a second exercise to help you create some intuition affirmations. Doing so will help you program your mind to expect and manifest everyday intuition - even if you think you have not yet experienced intuition in your daily life.
Lektion 2
Your Psychic Senses & Centers, Part I
Today, we’ll discuss the first four of the major energy centers, otherwise known as the the Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, and Heart chakras, and we’ll also focus on the psychic sense of clairsentience, otherwise known as "clear feeling," or "clear sensing." In this lesson and the next, we’ll actually combine the teaching and practice parts in that as we discuss each chakra, you'll also balance them by using visualization and affirmations - two very powerful tools in your intuitive toolbox. In addition, you’ll use the energy from your hand chakra (which we’ll discuss further in Lesson 3) to further lend a sense of calm and balance to each major energy center. At the end of this lesson, you'll have a homework assignment where you'll practice tuning in and sensing the energy of a friend via engaging the sacral, solar plexus, and heart chakras.

Your Psychic Senses & Centers, Part II
In Lesson 3, we’ll cover and balance the three remaining major chakras - the Throat Chakra, the Third Eye, and the Crown Chakra. We'll also discuss the minor chakras in the hands, which are used to sense and send energy, especially during healing work. Once again, we’ll use visualization, affirmations, and the energy from your hand chakra to perceive and balance the energy centers. In addition, you’ll learn about the psychic senses of clairaudience or "clear hearing"; clairvoyance, or "clear seeing"; and claircognizance, or "clear knowing." And we'll briefly cover the lesser-known psychic senses of clairscent, or "clear smelling," and clairgustance, or "clear tasting." I'll also share some examples of how the psychic senses work together and how you may experience them in daily life - including when you pick up on information that isn't actually for you, but is for someone else.

The "Three Bs" Of Intuitive Practice: Being Intuitive, Your Body & Psychic Boundaries
Today we'll cover the essential “Three Bs” of good intuitive practice. That is, what it means to be intuitive in daily life; how your body is the instrument for perceiving intuitive information, and why it's vital to take good care of this instrument; and the importance of having healthy intuitive boundaries, as well as how to go about this. All of the Bs are important, but this last B is what will keep you feeling safe, grounded and centered before, during and after doing intuitive work. And as part of this last “B,” we’ll discuss the 7 rules or guidelines for safe and ethical psychic practice. We’ll finish this lesson with a brief exercise to tune into your first formal practice target! You'll be able to listen to my guidance and pause the recording to do on your own if you prefer or want more time.

The Basic Structure Of Formal Psychic Practice In 5 Steps
Today, we begin with descriptive verbal feedback about the target you viewed in Lesson 4. Remember, getting feedback now actually helps you to be more accurate when you view the target. Amazing, but true. Then, we'll cover the 5 steps of the essential basic structure for doing a good psychic session. You can use these steps as the frame work for everything from practice sessions to formal sessions where you’ll read for yourself or someone else. Having a good structure will help you more easily and accurately tune into specific information. It will also help you to close down and feel more grounded when you’re done. We’ll conclude Lesson 5 with an everyday intuition homework assignment to do formal practice session on a question that you select for yourself.

Lesson 6: Remote Viewing Tools Everyone Can Use
Today, you’ll learn some deceptively simple but effective tips that are derived from Remote Viewing - a type of psychic practice that was developed for use by US military intelligence in the 1970s and is taught worldwide today. These tools - describing rather than naming your perceptions; setting aside distractions; and sketching what you observe can help you to let go of performance anxiety and enhance your accuracy. With regard to this last tip, even if you think you're a terrible artist, by the end of this lesson you'll understand why simple sketches can provide the most accurate information in your sessions. Please note that, of course, you won't learn to become a remote viewer in this one session, but you will leave with tools that you can easily implement to enhance all of your psychic work.

Remaining Grounded: Special Considerations For Empaths & Other Highly Sensitive People
In this lesson, we begin with verbal feedback about the target you viewed in Lesson 6 before going over the special abilities and challenges of Empaths - people who naturally experience the emotions and physical sensations of others. The good news is that there are many things you can do to feel safe, sane and healthy while developing your intuition. I’ll cover several easy and effective tools, including a simple ritual for clearing, grounding, and recentering that empaths, and really anyone, can benefit from. We’ll finish the lesson with some questions for you to reflect on, and then you’ll have a homework assignment to help you use one of the techniques we covered today to help you release what you need to so you can feel better and better. Meditation & Guided Imagery For Enhancing Your Intuition
In Lesson 8, we revisit the benefits of meditation, and specifically mindfulness meditation as a tool for creating calm and inner space so you can better notice the subtle intuitive guidance available to you. Although we don't cover meditation in depth in this course, again, there are thousands of wonderful meditations on the Insight Timer app that you can use to begin or deepen your meditation practice. We'll also discuss how guided imagery is different from meditation, what type of imagery is most effective, and how imagery can help you on your journey toward greater intuitive development. In the second half of this lesson, I lead you through a longer guided imagery exercise to help you set aside self doubt and move forward to the time when you feel confidently and naturally intuitive.

Sensing The Energy Fields Of People, Places & Things!
The bulk of today's lesson provides a more in-depth look at how to sense energy fields. Everything has an energy field that is both palpable and also contains information. And similar to how each person has their own unique fingerprint, everyone and everything has its own distinct energy signature. In this lesson, you’ll learn several exercises that you can practice to sense the human energy field (via sensing your own and another person’s energy); an option to sense the energy of an animal if you have a pet; how to sense the energy of places; and how to read the energy of objects (via a psychometry exercise). At the end of this lesson, you’ll have an optional, additional practice target. I’ll provide brief verbal feedback on this target in our final lession.
Lektion 10
Using Intuition To Manifest A Happier, Healthier You
In Lesson 10, we begin with verbal feedback about the optional target you may have viewed as part of Lesson 9. Then, we’ll briefly review what you’ve learned and I'll provide some recommendations to keep in mind as you go forward. You may be pleasantly surprised to see how far you’ve come in such a short time. The rest of the lesson will focus on the connection between intuition and manifestation. We'll discuss how the future is not set in stone, but rather, it's made up of a range of probabilities and possibilities. In our final exercise, I'll lead you through guided imagery to help you tune into the healthiest, happiest possible future you. You'll then be able to ask this self what you would need to shift in the present and what steps you'd need to take to make this possible future, more probable. In essence, by doing this exercise today and in going forward, you can use what you learn to be the architect of the future that feels most right to you.
