Infinite Possibilities
This lesson we explore the background to the attitudinal foundations of mindfulness, and look at Beginners mind, the first of nine core attitudes that create fertile soil for the cultivation of mindfulness. “In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert’s there are few.”

Judge Not
In this lesson, we look at Non Judging and Trust. Learn how becoming aware of our mind’s tendency to judge every aspect of our experience as good or bad distorts our perceptions, and how restoring trust in our body, mind, and heart’s capacity to heal can set us on the road to recovery.
Lektion 3
Letting Life Unfold
In this lesson we explore two of the most challenging attitudes for humans to embody in light of our conditioning and the pace of modern life: patience and non striving. We learn that patience and non striving are skilful ways to work with pain because inherent within them is trusting life to unfold in all its wisdom, and accepting our condition or situation for what it is, whether we like it or not!
Lektion 4
Knowing Where You Stand
In this lesson, you’ll learn about the attitudes of acceptance and letting go. Far from passive resignation, we’ll see how acceptance is an active recognition that things are actually the way they are, and that letting go is only possible when we cultivate the inner resources like awareness and self-compassion.
Lektion 5
The Super-Power Of Serving Others
In this final lesson we will look at the power of generosity and the curative properties of sharing your time, energy and effort with others without expecting anything in return, and how cultivating gratitude is always possible, no matter what challenges we may be facing in life.
