This lesson also talks about how to make your eating experience more mindful.

Day 2 lesson includes a Guided Visualisation on creating a future image of your ideal/leaner self. In addition, there are positive affirmations for motivation and confidence.
It is recommended to continue to do Day 2 - three times a week after finishing the course.

Emotional Balance
This audio track will help you know about mindful coping strategies for emotional triggers. So, everytime you are in a negative loop of thoughts, you can use some of these strategies to get calmer and snap out of them. In addition, this audio track has a self compassion meditation to help you nurture you through challenges.

Breaking Through Barriers
This audio track includes a Guided Visualisation track for overcoming obstacles and plateaus in addition to mindful strategies to overcome self sabotage.

Empowered Future
This audio has affirmations for self love and lasting change. In addition, you will know how to creating a Personalized Mindful Weight Maintenance Plan.
