Call The Shots In Negotiations With The Law Of Attraction

In life, sometimes we accept things we do not want because we fear that there is nothing else out there for us, Despite your education, age, location or any other constraint you may believe is hindering your dreams, you can get exactly what you want if you let the Law of Attraction work in your favor.

Hello my friends,

How are you?

I hope you're doing great.

In today's audio I want to talk about how to call the shots for every negotiation you have.

I want to tell you how to use the law of attraction in your favor so you can get exactly what you want and no less.

Now,

Before I officially begin,

I would like to focus on the points in which I do not recommend you to use this technique.

Let's say for example,

If you need to provide to your family food or shelter and you don't have the money,

Of course that is a priority and you need to take care of them.

So in that scenario,

Let's say if you get a job offer,

You should just take it right away.

Maybe that job is not exactly what you want,

Maybe it's not paying you what you need or what you would like to receive,

Maybe it's very far from your home or even what you need to do is not of your liking and that's okay,

Don't worry.

The most important thing for you to have is an income.

You will be responsible and little by little less stressed out because you can provide to your family,

Pay your debts or what have you.

From that situation you can see this job as something temporary.

You will not have to be there forever.

You're going to be there just as long as it takes until you get what you really want.

Alright,

Now the other situation where I do not recommend you to follow this is when it's related to something alive and you may say,

What do you mean?

Can't you just say people?

Well no,

Because I will also want to talk about animals and plants.

Let's say that you would like to have a pet and you go to a shelter or pound.

You adopt a puppy from a different breed than the one you wanted but the supply was short.

And then after some months you find out that they have new dogs or cats or whatever and then you get the one you wanted in the first place and get rid of the old one.

I don't think that will be fair,

Right?

Now in regards to people,

Which is obviously more important,

Don't start relationships just because you feel lonely with people that you don't like that much because whenever you find someone better you will ditch them and that's also not fair.

I don't think you would like to feel that way if you were chosen just as a second best.

So please don't do that with people.

Now let's dive into the purpose of this audio.

I'm going to use an example of something that I've lived and I have used before but I'll go into deeper details because this is a perfect example to show you what you can do.

I'm going to talk about how to get a job that you really like or want.

Let me go back,

I would say,

Three years to 2017.

I was living in Mexico and decided to ask permission to work remotely from Peru because I have family here.

I just asked and I was told yes,

No problem.

And I remember that by the time I exited the plane,

And this may sound a little corny but it's actually what happened,

Once I laid my feet on Peruvian soil I was like,

You know what,

I want to return here not just for a few weeks but to live.

Of course I did not tell my boss immediately what I wanted because I just had permission to be here for a couple of months.

I didn't want to sound too greedy.

I waited a couple of weeks and then I asked if she could check with Human Resources if that relocation was feasible.

She said let me check.

And by the way the answer took three months and in the end they told me no.

But that's fine and you'll find out why soon.

While I was waiting for that answer I received an email and in it I was offered a new job in a different area of the company.

At first I was a little hesitant because that was the area that I was very unfamiliar with and in a way I was kind of picturing myself relocating with my then current job.

I confess I was a little narrow minded for a few minutes and afterwards I thought,

Well I don't have anything to lose,

Let me check what this is all about.

I'm going to talk to the person in charge and see what happens.

Right out of the bat I told the sender I would like to work for you but I want you to know something.

My intention is to relocate to Lima.

So if through this job that you're offering me that is a possibility by all means I'm interested.

Otherwise let's not waste anyone's time and keep looking for your ideal candidate.

And I would just stick to my current job.

She said that she was going to look into it.

I would say throughout the next month or so we had several interviews and she was telling me how the process was going and of course she also knew that with my current job I was asking if I could be relocated so I was not lying or hiding my current position everyone was aware of what I was doing.

So it's important to be honest.

And well to avoid extending the story because there's really no point.

There was a moment in which I was told for the job offer,

Yes it is possible.

We actually created a position for you in Lima so you could be relocated.

So let's talk about money.

And after I learned the amount they wanted to pay me which by the way was more than my current jobs and well maybe most of you are not aware of this but life in Lima Peru is very expensive at least compared to where I was living in Mexico.

So I told her this is a good offer but Lima is very expensive.

Some things cost even twice.

I would like you to please go back to the drawing board and see if you can offer me something a little better because if I'm going to relocate I would like to at least keep my standard of living.

At the end I received a better offer which was actually really nice.

I signed and I started a new job.

Sometime later I was told by my former boss that human resources said no as I told you before but also that even if the relocation was approved my salary would not be adjusted.

That would have equal a pay cut of at least 35 to 40 percent and another plus with the new job my workload was less and of course the stress level.

So as you can see I was able to get a new job relocate earn more money and do less.

All of that sounds amazing right?

What I would like to highlight about this whole process which is the core teaching of this audio is that since I already had a job I was not afraid to negotiate to say what I wanted and I was willing to say no thank you if the job did not match my expectation.

If you have that attitude towards whatever it comes your way that is not what you want you will eventually get what you want.

I'm sure because of two things the first one is because you already know exactly what you want and you will not settle for less and the second one that you're willing to wait for it you are not in a rush.

So as you know law of attraction is going to give you exactly what you think about and if you're afraid you can have experiences in which you will remain afraid but if you're confident if you know that you can get what you want then you will get it eventually.

Now there is an affirmation that I constantly used when I was thinking about when will I be able to relocate to Lima if I was feeling doubtful negative or whatever I told myself that I did not care when and I did not care through what company but I was going to eventually relocate to Lima and that was the end of it.

That was my mantra which kept me going until I had that offer which was roughly a month and a half since I decided that I wanted to be in Lima.

So my friends as you can see if you know that you will get what you want even if you don't have let's say a current job situation if you can afford to wait until you get the right one then use that certainty use that attitude towards anything that comes your way and do not be afraid to say no I don't want this I want that that salary is too low I need more money or no I don't want to work for that area of the company I would like to move into this other department etc etc etc.

Don't be afraid because if you know what you want and if you're not afraid to ask for it you can get it I'm sure.
