Ich Bin Ich (A Song For Self-Acceptance) - Live In London

This is the shorter edit of the live recording from Ch'Lu's recent "The Goddess Within" album launch concert in London. It has been released exclusively on Insight Timer. The song is inspired by Rosenstoltz's "Ich Bin Ich" and can be translated as "I am what I am / This is me / I am who I am" - it's all about self-acceptance, self-love and just not beating yourself up and feeling guilty. And what better way to embody that powerful message than by singing it in another language, especially if you don't at first understand it! Ch'Lu accompanies this live performance with her electro-classical guitar, captured on her H4N Pro Zoom at London's Piano Smithfield on June 14th 2023. Ch'Lu is also the process of recording a studio version of the song, so watch this space!
