Beginning to scan the body from head to toe.
You're scanning yourself from head to toe.
Checking in.
Starting at the top of the head.
Moving down into the forehead.
Notice if you're constricting or contracting the muscles of the forehead and the temples and all the muscles around the eyes and inviting these muscles.
These spaces of your physical body to release and relax.
Noticing how much pressure you put.
Into this space of your body.
And checking in with the jawline.
Are you clenching the jaw?
Can you release the tongue from the roof of the mouth?
Wiggle the jaw side to side and let go of whatever contraction is happening.
In this place of the body.
Checking in with the sides of the neck.
The back of the neck.
What's living in there?
What can you offer and invite to release and relax at this time?
Checking in with the front of the throat and the energetics of the throat.
What feels like it wants to be released through this place of expression and voice.
Opening the ears.
Listen,
And silent are spelled with the same letters.
So when you listen,
When you are silent,
You're able to receive.
Presence.
And checking in with the shoulders,
The shoulder blades and the back body.
What's living in there,
What's being carried there that you're ready to release.
Checking in with the heart space.
What it feels like.
Heavy,
What feels open.
Just observing it,
What's living in there.
It's living in the chest.
Softening,
Letting your heart soften.
And be held by the belly.
Scanning the belly.
Are you clenching your muscles?
Can you release?
All of what the belly holds.
Letting the heart sink into that.
Comforting space of the belly.
Checking in with the vertebrae,
The spine.
From the top to the bottom of the spine.
Can you let the spine rest?
In the pelvis.
The pelvis is the holy grail of the body,
The spine is the sword.
The holy growl the pelvis receives and the spine gives.
So offering and inviting both of these parts of the body.
To drop in and be held.
By the couch,
By the chair.
By where you're sitting.
Letting all of your human.

Elements,
Your organs,
Your tissues,
Your bones,
Your muscles,
Let everything relax.
Scanning down the arms into the hands.
Bringing attention to the centers of the palms.
Without moving them,
Can you feel that pulsating vibration of life force in the center of the palms?
Bringing your attention down into the legs,
The backs of the legs,
Releasing the quads and the knees.
Letting the legs release all that they hold up.
They hold you up every day,
They walk you around.
Inviting your legs and your feet to release and relax.
And as you scan your body from head to toe.
Taking a moment to express gratitude.
For different parts of your body.
Thank you to my heart for beating.
I'm pumping life through all of my organs.
Thank you to my hands for holding and hugging and creating.
Thank you to my legs for moving me throughout this gorgeous planet.
Thanking different parts of your body for everything they do for you.
Beginning to focus more now on the breath.
As you inhale,
Bringing it in through the nostrils and letting it settle down at the base of the spine.
So connecting your breath,
Anchoring your breath at the base of the spine.
As if it were growing roots into the earth,
Anchoring you,
Rooting you,
Grounding you,
Giving you that stable foundation.
And from that.
Deep inhalation into the pelvic floor,
Bringing the breath into the lower belly,
Into the ribcage.
Into the heart space and the chest,
Into the throat,
Into the face,
Into the third eye,
Into the top of the head at the crown.
As you exhale,
Washing the breath from the top of the body down,
From the top of the spine through the third eye,
The forehead,
The face,
The jaw,
The throat,
The heart,
The rib cage,
The belly button,
The lower belly,
And send the breath back down and out through the sit bones,
Through the pelvic floor,
Back into the earth,
Making this connection of breath.
As a foundation,
Bringing it in,
Anchoring,
Rooting,
Bringing it all the way up through the body,
Seeing the breath expanding your torso like a balloon all the way into the top of the head.
And as you exhale,
Gently letting all of that air out of the balloon.
Helping you settle deeper into your seat,
Be held deeper by the couch.
Releasing everything that does not exist in the here and now.
Allowing yourself to become weightless in that exhale.
As you inhale from the root all the way incrementally up to the top of the head,
Expanding yourself outwards,
Feeling yourself growing,
Expanding into the space around you,
Into the Akasha.
Into.
The space of ether.
An infinite space.
And as you exhale,
Washing that prana,
The life force through,
Down and out,
Releasing back into the earth.
Seeing here that your body is the bridge between the earth and heaven.
Between what is below you and what is above you,
Your body,
Your heart is the bridge and your breath connects you as the bridge.
Between the foundational earth.
And the infinite.
Space and heaven and spirit above and beyond.
And as you take your next inhale,
Saying to yourself,
I am.
And as you exhale,
Your first and last name,
Let it resonate through your spine,
Through your body,
Through your physical self,
Really identifying who you are in this body.
I am on the inhale.
As you exhale,
First and last name and all of the associations that come with who that person is on this earth.
I am on the inhale from root to crown.
As you exhale from crown to root,
First and last name,
Really understanding what that label means to be who you are,
To show up as that human being.
I am on the inhale.
First and last name as you exhale.
Rhythmically with the breath,
I am on the inhale.
Exhale first and last time.
One more.
I am on the inhale.
As you exhale,
First and last name,
Who is that person that lives with that label?
That carries that first name and that carries that family name.
And as you inhale,
I am one more time.
And as you exhale,
Drop the last name,
Just the first name.
Sensing the shift when you shift from that deep karmic family name to releasing it and it's just your first name.
Feeling how much.
Chefs.
I am on the inhale.
Just your first name.
Who is that person?
What are all of the associations and labels that come with just that first name?
I am on the inhale.
Your first name on the exhale.
Getting really clear on who that is.
Looking into your third eye,
The space in between the eyebrows,
Ajna Chakra.
Tapping into that space of higher self.
I am on the inhale.
As you exhale,
Drop the first name.
Just I am.
I am on the inhale.
Look into the third eye.
What comes up.
When you release all of the labels of being a human.
All of the labels of your identity.
In human form,
In society,
In this family.
That you've been born into.
Who comes through when it's just I am?
Allowing the essence of your truth to start to come through let that lightness of being allowing that infinite part of you.
To start to show itself.
And it might be confusing at first.
Seeing this I AM Presence.
As an essence.
Of light,
An essence of infinity.
Letting it come through from the depth.
Of your belly,
The depth of your heart,
That deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep inner core of light and spirit.
I am on the inhale.
No name on the exhale,
Just that essence.
On the inhale,
Bringing the mantra so from the root to the crown.
As you exhale,
Hum from the crown to the root.

I am that.

I am all that there is.
All that there is is me.
The universe and me are one.
There is no separation.

Allowing that essence of who you truly are.
That essence of all there is,
The essence of love,
The essence of light,

Swirling down into the crown of the head,
Let it swirl down through the forehead,

In the back of the head,
Into the face,

Bringing this healing violet light down through,
Swirling through the chest,
Through the shoulders.
Into the heart space,

Into the arms,
Down into the elbows,
The wrists,
The hands,
Swirling violet light into the belly,
Into the ribcage.
All the way down into the pelvis and the hips,
Into the lower back,
Letting this swirling violet light fill you up.
Down into the legs,
Into the backs of the legs,
Into the quads,
Into the knees,
Into the calves,
The ankles.
Down into the tips of the toes and the soles of the feet.
Let your entire body be filled with the swirling violet light.
The essence of healing,
The essence of spirit,
Filling yourself up.
Bringing this swirling violet light not just into your physical body,
But into your energetic body,
Into your aura.
Into the space around you,
Letting this swirling violet light fill the room that you're sitting in.
Let it fill your home.
Let this swirling violet light fill your entire town.
Start to see it swirling.

Filling up the entire planet.
With healing,
Tranquil,

Angelic light.

Feeling back into your physical body,
You can start to bring each ear to the shoulder.
Stretching the neck side to side.
Bringing little movements into the fingers and toes.
How does it feel to come back into being human?
Into this denser human.
Structure and just observing how it feels to come back.
How it feels to bring movement back.
Rolling the wrists and the ankles Blinking the eyes open.
And cuttings out.
And bringing a smile to the lips.
Rubbing the hands together in front of the heart,
Feeling that warmth,
Feeling that magic,
Feeling that power between the palms.
Bringing that violet light back into the center of the palms as you generate the warmth,
Seeing that violet light.
Being powered up between the palms,
And then taking that power that is you,
That is your essence,
And putting it back into the body,
Maybe bringing the hands over the heart or over the eyes.
To the backs of the shoulders,
Wherever the hands are being drawn today.
Sending that power of your own healing into the body.
