I release. I release the belief that I am not enough. I release the negative narratives that fuel feelings of unworthiness. I release the social constructs that attempt to dictate my path. I release the messages that do not support my healing. I release. I release. I release. I release not considering myself. I release telling myself unkind words. I release trying to fit into boxes that were not meant for me. I release beliefs that are unsupportive of my empowerment. I release. I release. I release. I release that which is no longer constructive for me. I release that which brings me shame. I release that which is punitive. I release that which lives in guilt. I release. I release. I release. I release my need to people please. I release the pressure to strive for perfection for I recognize that I am enough. I release putting others needs before my own often to my detriment. I release my fear of creating boundaries. I release. I release. I release. I release the idea that as I become older I can no longer change my path or try new things. I release the idea that my body is not a good body. I release the idea that I am flawed when I do not fit into society's depictions of beauty. I release the idea that I am weak. I release. I release. I release. I release my worry to speak my mind. I release my concern that what I have to say is not valuable. I release the silencing behavior of others. I release my uneasiness of taking up space. I release. I release. I release. I release the things that do not serve me. I release the ideas that are detrimental. I release the energy that is toxic. I release the fear that keeps me quiet. I release. I release. I release.
