Welcome to this chakra healing meditation.

This energy clearing meditation is to activate and block and clear your chakras and get you into alignment for the things that you desire in your life.

Helping you to completely be spiritually connected,

Letting go of worry,

Stress,

Any negative fearful thoughts and allowing you to receive what you require to hold this strong alignment.

It allows you to open up your intuitive abilities,

Clear your energy systems and allowing you to live an empowered life at a whole new level.

Allow yourself to receive and trusting that your subconscious mind and your energy system will completely align when you are doing this clearing meditation every time you listen to it.

Sitting in a comfortable position,

Allow your eyes to close gently.

Taking in a deep breath in through the nose,

Right down to the belly and exhaling out of the mouth long and slow.

And again,

Breathing in through the nose,

Taking it right through your lungs,

Down into your belly and exhaling out of the mouth long and slow.

Now let's go through the body blissfully and just notice where there might be some tension or tightness.

And on every inhale,

Breathe into that tension and tightness and on every exhale,

Releasing that tension through the breath.

Now,

Relaxing all the muscles in your face,

Relax the muscles in your forehead.

Notice if you are clenching or feeling tightness in your jaw and relaxing all the muscles in your jaw.

Allowing your shoulders to fall and letting your body relax.

Allowing your shoulders to fall and letting your body be at ease and rest.

Continue taking these deep,

Long,

Intentional breaths and on every exhale,

Allowing your body to relax more and more.

Elongating your spine,

So sitting with a tall and strong back and a soft and relaxed front of your body.

Dropping your chin slightly to lift your spine to allow the energy to flow freely.

Now imagine a crystal and pure white healing light filled with the highest healing vibrations coming down from source,

Above your head and pouring down on you like a shower of healing light covering your entire body.

Ask for this light to surround your space,

Sealing it with a sacred healing space,

Allowing you to receive everything you require from this session,

Opening you up to new levels of growth,

Resilience,

Self-confidence and alignment.

Allowing you to have new levels of health,

Healing,

Vitality,

Raising your vibration,

Raising your frequency,

Allowing yourself to release anything that no longer serves you through this light and I ask this light to fill your body,

Filling every cell,

Every molecule,

Releasing any worries,

Any negative thoughts,

Any fears,

Any cellular programming,

Old limiting beliefs,

Anything that has been stored in through your DNA and in your cells,

Any memories past or present that's holding you back from living the life at your highest level,

Releasing it now and throughout this meditation.

I'm putting you into complete alignment and balance and opening you up to whole new levels.

I want you to take deep intentional clearing breaths throughout this meditation.

Now allow this crystal and pure white healing light filled with the highest healing vibrations coming down from source and entering your crown chakra which sits just above the center of your head.

This light will continue to pass through your central channel of energy,

Through your spine where all your seven chakras sit.

This light is coming through the top of your head,

Through your crown chakra,

The chakra of wisdom and connection to your higher self.

As this white healing light is passing down through the crown chakra,

It is activating the chakra,

Clearing,

Unblocking and aligning your crown chakra.

And aligning your crown chakra.

The color of this crown chakra is violet.

You now see this violet color getting more and more vibrant violet and more and more energized as it's getting cleared,

Unblocked and aligned by this white healing light.

This is now allowing you to receive inspired thoughts and ideas.

Continue to bring this white healing light through your crown chakra and now bringing it into your third eye chakra.

This is a chakra and the source of your spiritual insight and intuition.

It is the point between your eyebrows and as this white healing light passes through your third eye chakra,

It is activating this chakra,

Clearing,

Unblocking and aligning your third eye chakra.

The color of your third eye chakra is indigo.

You now see this indigo light getting more and more vibrant indigo and more energized as it's getting cleared,

Unblocked and aligned by this white healing light.

Allowing you to open up to higher new levels of intuition and inner knowing.

Moving down,

Bringing this white healing light down to your throat chakra at the base of your throat.

As this white healing light is passing down through your throat chakra,

It is activating this chakra,

Clearing,

Unblocking and aligning your throat chakra.

The color of your throat chakra is blue.

You now see this blue color getting more and more vibrant blue and more and more energized as it's getting cleared,

Unblocked and aligned by the white healing light.

Allowing you to speak your truth at whole new levels.

Allowing you to express yourself verbally and authentically.

Bringing this white healing light down to your fourth chakra which is your heart chakra.

Bringing the white healing light down to your heart chakra at the center of your chest,

Between your lungs.

This is the chakra of love.

It's where the love for yourself and others is generated.

It keeps you grounded and connected to your higher self.

As this white healing light is passing down through your heart chakra,

It is activating this chakra,

Clearing,

Unblocking and aligning your heart chakra.

The color of the chakra is green.

You now see this green color getting more and more vibrant green and more and more energized as it's getting cleared,

Unblocked and aligned by the white healing light.

Opening you up to unconditional love for yourself and for others.

To feel and to receive and give unconditional love.

Now bringing this white healing light down to your solar plexus chakra,

Which is around two inches above your navel.

This is the chakra of your personal power.

This is your big time power center.

It governs your self-esteem,

Your self-acceptance and inner power.

This is the will center and where your gut instincts reside.

As this white healing light is passing down through your solar plexus,

Down through your solar plexus,

It is activating this chakra,

Clearing,

Unblocking and aligning your solar plexus.

The color of your solar plexus is yellow.

And now see and feel this yellow color getting more and more vibrant yellow and more and more energized as it's getting cleared,

Unblocked and aligned by this white healing light.

Allowing you to trust deeply in yourself,

Giving you more confidence,

More self-esteem and allowing you to take your power back.

Continue to bring this light down through your crown chakra,

All the way down your spinal column as it's clearing all of your higher chakras.

Now it's coming down to your sacral chakra,

Which is around two inches below your navel.

Bringing this white healing light into this area.

The sacral chakra is the seat of your creativity.

It governs the feelings of pleasure,

Of physical love,

Sexuality,

Sensuality and creativity.

As this white healing light is passing down through your sacral chakra,

It is activating this chakra,

Clearing,

Unblocking and aligning your sacral chakra.

The color of your sacral chakra is orange.

You now see and feel this orange color getting more and more vibrant orange and more and more energized as it's getting cleared,

Unblocked and aligned by the white healing light.

Opening you up to whole new levels of creativity,

Allowing you to birth whatever it is that you desire into this world easily and effortlessly.

It is allowing you to manifest all of your heart's desires completely.

Bringing the white healing light down through your crown chakra,

Bringing the white healing light down to your root chakra at the base of your spine.

The root chakra governs your feelings of safety,

Survival,

Security and stability.

As this white healing light is passing down through your root chakra,

It is activating this chakra,

Clearing,

Unblocking and aligning your root chakra.

The color of your root chakra is red and you now see and feel this red color getting more and more vibrant red and more and more energized as it's getting cleared,

Unblocked and aligned by this white healing light.

Continue to bring this white healing light through your root chakra all the way down the seven chakras,

All the way down your spinal column,

Clearing the entire system from your crown chakra all the way down to your root chakra.

As your root chakra is clearing,

Unblocking and being aligned by this white healing light,

This chakra is opening you up to new levels of abundance,

Clearing anything from ancestral,

From your family lines,

Giving you more safety,

Security and stability,

Allowing you to feel safe and secure and grounded.

And now connecting that energy straight down,

Down into earth,

Down into Gaia energy,

Into the center of the earth and transmuting anything that no longer serves you from your entire body energy systems,

From all lifetimes,

Past,

Present and future.

This light is rooting you into the grounding energy of the earth,

Of mother earth and bringing that earth energy up through the soles of your feet,

Up through your legs,

Up through your hips and up through the root chakra,

Right through the entire spinal column,

Up through the sacral,

The solar plexus,

Back into the heart.

As you feel this energy burst open your heart chakra,

Bringing it up through the throat chakra,

Up through the third eye and the crown chakra.

This white healing light coming down from source and the energy coming through the soles of your feet,

Through the core of the earth,

From mother earth is filling your entire body and going out into your entire energetic field,

Clearing your entire auric field,

All layers of your aura,

Completely clearing,

Aligning and balancing you,

Allowing you to pulsate at a whole new level Vibrate a whole new level,

Releasing any worries,

Any fears,

Any doubts that are stopping you from achieving your true heart's desires and manifesting those goals.

Breathe into that space.

Clearing and blocking and aligning anything that no longer serves you in your entire energy field surrounding your body,

Allowing anything to spin off that no longer serves you.

Opening up every cell,

Every molecule to be at this higher frequency so that you can rise up with joy,

Taking one final nourishing breath in through the nose,
