Feel the beating of your heart as you place your hand on your chest.

Visualize the image of your heart beating.
Without conscious effort,
Your heart pumps blood to all of your vital organs.
Acknowledging the intelligence of this system can be seen as the greatest act of love.
Visualize with intention.

And begin to notice the subtleties of what your heart is giving off.

Be in that experience right now.
