Welcome to our final day cultivating inner peace.
I hope you're starting to feel the powerful shift that comes with observing rather than reacting.
Today we're stepping fully into stillness.
When you learn to rest in the observer's mind,
You find that beneath all the noise,
Beneath the thoughts and emotions,
There's a vast peaceful presence.
Always been there and today you'll connect with that space.
This is where clarity lives.
This is where your deepest wisdom speaks.
And as you cultivate this awareness,
You'll find you can carry it into every part of your life.
Let's begin!
Take a breath in.
.
.
And there.
And allow yourself to soften.
Into this present moment.
Resting in the observer.
Today,
We step fully into stillness.
Into the peaceful presence that's always been here.
And getting as comfortable as possible.
And if you haven't done so already,
Flutter your eyes closed.
Take a deep expansive breath in.
And slowly let it out.
Again,
In.
And out.
Imagine yourself as a mountain.
Steady,
Grounded,
Unshakable.
Thoughts may swirl like wind around you.
But you remain still.
Emotions may rise and fall just like the weather.
But you remain steady.
As you sit here.
Simply rest.
There's nothing to do.
Nothing to fix.
Just be the observer.
Watching thoughts come and go.
Feeling sensations arise.
And allowing them to pass.
And beneath it all.
Notice the quiet.
Nowhere.
The stillness.
This calm presence.
Is always here.
Always available to you.
Stay in this expanse of awareness.
For a few moments.
When you feel ready.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale completely.
Bringing your body back to life.
With subtle movement.
Today's reflection.
How does observing rather than reacting?
Shift your sense of inner peace.
What changes when you meet life from this place of calm awareness?
Journaling prompt for today.
How can you bring the observer's mind into your daily life moving forward?
Did you find a difference between the mind today in comparison to day one?
What's changed?
Feel free to share in the comments.
Know that you can always come back to this course and the meditations as often as you like.
Personally,
I love to repeat techniques I've learned as I find each experience adds a layer of depth or unique nuance I hadn't felt before.
As our journey comes to a close.
Remember that detachment isn't disconnection.
It's a deeper connection to what's real and present.
The observer's mind helps you step back from the chaos of thought and rest in the stillness of your being.
Thank you so much for sharing this space with me.
It's been a privilege to guide you and I hope this practice continues to support you as you walk your path.
With patience and practice,
This calm awareness becomes a guiding presence in your life.
With love,
Lai.
And gratitude.
From my heart to yours.
Namaste.
