Sleep Meditation - You Are God's Beloved

I invite you to join me in this sleep meditation with the purpose of moving you into a peaceful and restful sleep, knowing that you are unconditionally loved and that you are enough. Now, always and forever. So make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, and let these words guide you to sleep.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this sleep meditation called You are God's Beloved.

The intention,

Obviously,

For this meditation is for you to find a way to relax.

It's for this meditation to guide you into deep,

Profound sleep,

Restful sleep,

With a sense,

With the inner knowing that you are enough,

That you're always provided for and that you are unconditionally loved for who you are,

For where you are,

Regardless of conditions,

Regardless of circumstances,

Regardless of what you have done,

What you did not do.

My name is Daniel Roquillo and it is my deep privilege and honor to allow for this meditation to flow through me,

To speak these words on your behalf.

So in this moment,

I invite you to make yourself very,

Very comfortable.

Whatever that means to you,

I also invite you to close your eyes and to put a smile on your face,

To give a beautiful,

Healing smile permission to play across your face.

And this smile,

Please be aware that this is not a frivolous smile,

But this is a smile of healing.

This is a healing smile,

An act of self-love,

Because what happens when we smile is that we send the signal to the body that all is well,

That in this now moment,

All is well.

So the body begins to relax,

It begins to produce and distribute these healing chemicals,

These good for the body chemicals.

Chemicals that slow down the aging process,

Chemicals that strengthen the immune system.

So through the meditation,

Until you drift off to sleep,

I invite you to allow this smile to stay on your face,

So that you do drift off to sleep with a smile on your face.

In this now moment,

I invite you to turn your attention away from the world,

Away from the day that has been,

Experiences that you may have had,

Conditions,

Circumstances,

Away from perhaps what tomorrow will bring,

Or some future moment will bring.

I invite you to turn your attention toward the breath,

Allowing,

Giving the breath permission to do what it does,

Which is to breathe.

So you don't need to make the breathing happen,

You don't even need to participate in the breathing,

But what is yours to do,

Your assignment,

Is to merely observe and witness the breathing as it happens,

As the chest rises and falls,

As the air flows in and out.

Be with the breath,

Witness the breath,

Observe the breath,

And give each breath permission to move you deeper and deeper into the nowness of this moment,

Deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Into releasing tension,

And into a space of peace,

Harmony,

And wholeness.

So in this moment,

I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well,

And give the peace that follows permission to move you deeper and deeper into stillness.

So I'm so grateful in this now moment,

I'm so grateful for the unconditional love that God is,

That Spirit is,

That the universe is,

That life is.

I'm so grateful to know that there's nothing I need to do to prove myself,

To make myself worthy of this love,

But that it is freely given,

Fully given in every space,

And every place,

And every moment,

Because Spirit,

This loving presence,

Is unconditional love,

And I'm grateful in this moment that I get to be with you,

That I get to share this moment,

This meditation with you.

I am grateful for your presence,

I'm grateful for your consciousness,

I'm grateful for your willingness to set yourself free from fear,

From worry,

From a sense of not being enough,

A sense of not having enough,

A sense of lack,

Scarcity,

And separation,

And from this vibration of gratitude,

I know that there is only one thing happening here.

We can call it God,

We can call it we can call it Spirit,

We can call it life,

We can call it the universe,

We can call it the infinite intelligence,

We can call it the loving presence,

Regardless of what we call it,

It is the only thing that is happening in this now moment,

In every single moment,

In this space and place,

And in every single space and place,

Because it is every space,

It is every place,

It is every being,

It is every object,

It is every moment,

There's nowhere any of us can ever go where this loving presence is not,

There's no time we can ever be where this loving presence is not,

It is the creator,

And it is the creation,

It is boundless,

Infinite,

Eternal,

Limitless,

And it is love,

It is peace,

It is joy,

It is harmony,

And wholeness,

And abundance,

And beauty,

And this loving presence,

It is benevolent,

It is always for itself,

It cannot ever be against itself,

It cannot ever contradict itself,

Or compromise itself,

But it is always for its own expansion,

It is always seeking to come into a greater and grander expressions of itself in,

As,

And through all of creation,

So it is eternally sourcing,

And fueling,

And funding itself,

Guiding,

Leading,

And moving itself into that expansion,

Into that progression,

And always expressing itself perfectly,

No meaningless acts,

No random acts,

No coincidences,

Only divine and perfect order,

Always divine and perfect timing,

And you,

You my dear,

You are one with this loving presence,

You are what it is,

It is what you are,

There is no separation where you and God are concerned,

There is no diminishment,

There's no division,

There is only you being a unique,

Perfect,

Whole,

Complete expression and emanation of this loving presence,

There is only this loving presence being itself,

Doing itself,

Is-ing itself,

Revealing itself in,

As,

And through you,

And it is from this awareness of oneness,

Of unity,

That I know that God is saying to you,

You are my beloved,

And in you I am well pleased,

Just like spirit is saying to all of nature,

You are my beloved,

And in you I am well pleased,

This loving presence is saying this to every single blade of grass,

Every single flower,

Or tree,

Or bumble bee,

Or ant,

Or mosquito,

Every single raindrop,

Snowflake,

Every mountain,

Every cloud,

Every star,

Supernova,

Galaxy,

As God is unconditional love,

As God is infinite love,

It is saying to you,

My dear,

You are my beloved,

And in you I am well pleased,

And God is not saying this because of what you did,

Or what you did not do,

God is not saying this because of your last name,

Because of where you are,

How you look,

Spirit is not saying that you are its beloved because of your preferences,

What you like,

What you don't like,

But spirit is saying this to you,

That you are its beloved,

And in you is well pleased,

God is saying this to you because you are,

Because you,

Our love of spirit is fully and freely given to everyone,

Just like the sun shines on the just and unjust,

Just like the rain rains on everybody who is under that particular cloud,

There is no discernment in God,

There is no criticism in spirit,

There is no discrimination in this loving presence,

Because it being all there is,

Is always for all of that which is,

And as you are unique,

Perfect expression of this loving presence,

Unconditional love is where you are,

Unconditional love is who you are,

And everything and anything that needs to be released and let go of,

For that light,

For that love that you are,

To emerge from within you,

It is now,

In this moment,

Being released,

Being let go of,

There's a beautiful healing happening,

There's a beautiful expansion happening right where you are,

You are God's beloved,

And in you,

God is well pleased,

And it is God's deepest desire and intent that you shine a light that you are as bright as a thousand suns,

That you express the love that you are,

Just like the sun,

Holding nothing back,

Asking for nothing in return,

This is the love of spirit,

This is how spirit loves you,

Fully,

Freely,

Asking for nothing in return,

Holding nothing back,

You are,

And in you,

God is well pleased,

And nothing,

Nothing can ever change that,

Nothing can ever stop spirit from loving you fully and freely,

You are worthy of this love,

You are already qualified for it,

You deserve it,

It is given to you now,

Always and forever,

And every story,

Every belief,

That maybe speak of something else,

They are now dissolving,

They are now being transmuted into the nothingness from which they came,

Just like all of nature is abundantly and beautifully provided for,

Just for being,

So are you,

Eternally sourced,

Fueled,

Funded,

Simply because you are,

You,

My dear,

You,

My dear,

Are God's beloved,

And in you,

God is well pleased,

Everything is for you,

Nothing,

Nothing is against you,

Right now,

Right here,

Where you are,

You are,

Is well,

Something wonderful is happening,

And everything is working for your highest good,

Anything else,

Anything less,

Would be God going against itself,

That cannot be,

So God is eternally saying to you,

This loving presence is eternally saying to you,

The universe is eternally saying to you,

That you are its beloved,

And in you,

God is well pleased,

The universe is well pleased,

Spirit is well pleased,

This loving presence is well pleased,

So all is well,

Something wonderful is happening,

Right where you are,

Right now,

And absolutely everything is working for your highest good,

For this,

And so,

So much more,

I give thanks,

I give thanks,

Knowing that this is already done,

I give thanks,

Knowing knowing that the highest possibility,

You and for already exists,

That that highest possibility is now emerging in,

Through,

And as you,

I give thanks,

Knowing that everything that you need,

Allow for the next great and grand version of who and what you are,

Everything you need is here,

It is now,

It is within you,

It is you,

For this,

I give thanks,

And I let this all be,

I surrender to this done-ness,

I allow this is-ness to demonstrate,

To manifest itself,

In this dimension,

In,

As,

And through you,

And it is happening now,

So I let this be,

So it is,

So be it,

So shall it be,

So you are,

So God is,

As it is the only thing that is happening here,
