Sleep Meditation - It Is Happening Right Now

I invite you to join me in this beautiful and powerful sleep meditation, with the purpose of guiding you into a peaceful and restful sleep, as well as moving you into the feeling tone that All is Well right in this moment. That the good you desire, has already happened in the infinite mind of Spirit and that it is demonstrating and manifesting itself, right where you are, right now.

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this guided meditation called it is happening now my name is daniel roquejo and as always i'm very very grateful and honored that you are choosing to join me that you are choosing to tune in that you are allowing me to serve in this beautiful way in facilitating this meditation so in this moment i invite us to make ourselves comfortable and to close our eyes and i invite us to as always put a smile on our faces this is not a frivolous smile but this is a healing smile as this smile regardless of whether or not we feel like smiling this smile sends the signal the message to the body that all is well so that it may begin to relax and release tension and begin to produce and distribute these healing chemicals chemicals that slow down the aging process and that strengthen the immune system so whether or not we feel like smiling the invitation is that we may let a smile a beautiful smile play across our faces and as we're making ourselves very very very comfortable i invite us to turn our attention away from the business of the mind from the business of the world from time from past and present and future and turn our attention toward the breath realizing that the body with its divine intelligence knows exactly how to breathe and when to breathe so we do not need to make the breathing happen but we can simply participate in the breathing allowing each breath as it happens to move the body deeper and deeper into relaxation into stillness and into silence and as we move deeper into the meditation i invite you to keep a part of your attention stayed on the breath on the breath and a part of your attention to hear these words giving them equal permission to move the body into a relaxed state letting the muscles relax letting tension drift away and we always want to begin with gratitude and so in this moment i am so grateful for this breath i'm so grateful for everything that the body is doing to facilitate its optimal function how it digests the food how it circulates the blood how it extracts oxygen from the air and all the other functions and actions that the body performs in any given moment allowing the body to be our loyal companion and i'm grateful for this now moment for the peace that is here for the love that is here for the joy that is here for the harmony that is here and the wholeness that is here and in this now moment i'm grateful that you are here whenever you are wherever you are i'm grateful that you are choosing to join me as we move deeper and deeper and higher and higher along this path of freedom path to freedom allowing forever greater and grander expressions of who and what we are to emerge allowing forever expanding peace and love and joy and harmony and wholeness and abundance to emerge from within to well up from within us and it is from this space of gratitude that i recognize that i re-know that i remember that there is only one thing happening here we can call it god we can call it love we can call it spirit we can call it the higher power we can call it the universe we can call it energy the unified field the divine matrix or something else but whatever we call it it is the one thing it is the only thing that is happening here and now because it is every space it is every place it is every moment every being every object it is all there is all that we can see and that which we cannot see all that which we know and that which we do not know it is the creation as well as the creator and everything in between there are no opposites in this loving presence there are no opposing powers in this loving presence because it is all there is the one mind the one life the one source of everything the one intelligence and it is good it is it is absolutely good benevolent loving always for itself cannot ever compromise itself it cannot ever go against itself cannot ever diminish itself or divide itself into parts but wherever this loving presence is the fullness of it is and as it is all there is it means that the fullness of god is everywhere present expressing itself perfectly magnificently and powerfully now always and forever and we we that is you and me we are one with this loving presence we are unique perfect whole complete expressions emanations of this loving presence of the one mind we are it being itself doing itself expressing itself ising itself in us and through us and our lives always in absolute oneness always in absolute unity with this loving presence and so i know as the will of god is for all of life to come into greater and grander expressions of itself as that allows this loving presence to in turn reveal more of itself in as and through life it means that that good that you desire whatever that may be the good that you desire it is happening now manifestation is never a future thing but it is always a now thing regardless of whether or not we can see it or feel it it is always happening a seed planted in the ground the moment the conditions are right and ripe the moment it has it has enough water enough nutrition enough light in that moment it begins to root it then shoots and it then bears fruit and oftentimes we cannot see how it is rooting how it is shooting and we cannot even with the naked eye see how the fruits grow and expand but even so it is happening even when we cannot see it it grows that unfolds unfolds so slowly that we cannot perceive it's unfolding and yet it is happening and as god is always for itself as you and god are one it means that god is for you everything is for you that something absolutely wonderful is happening right now in this now moment that absolutely everything is working for your highest good right now in this now moment and it is always happening it is always happening a tree does not ever stop growing its roots keep on expanding for as long as the tree is alive its branches its twigs its stem continues to expand for all of its life so that more and more and more of that which god is may be revealed in as and through that particular tree and the same is true for you that you're always being moved and guided and led supported sourced and fueled and funded to allow forever greater and grander expressions of who and what you are to emerge and this is always happening this is always happening absence of evidence is not evidence of absence but even when signs are not visible even when the demonstration is not clearly visible to the naked eye or to our physical senses it is still happening because god spirit is always a now thing it is always in the state and space of progression of expansion cosmos the universe all of creation is eternally in a state and space of progression so wherever you are whatever you are facing the good that you desire it is happening now now and in this moment as you're listening to these words everything that is not in alignment with that good is now dissolving the small delimited thought patterns the fears the worries the doubts the sense of not being enough the sense of not being worthy of that good it is now dissolving the belief the perception that it is not possible for that good to demonstrate to manifest itself these are now being dissolved and a deep and profound trust a deep and profound sense and feeling tone that this good is already done it's already happened is emerging and this feeling tone is the catalyst is the conduit the vehicle the instrument through which the good that you desire is now emerging it is happening now and it is happening with such ease and grace which is the only way that spirit moves nowhere in nature is their effort nowhere in nature is their struggle that lily on the field that does not spin that does not toil and yet is so beautifully provided for is a telltale sign as to how spirit moves so the manifestation of the good that you desire it is happening now and it is happening with ease and grace and you do not need to deserve it you do not need to make it happen you do not need to qualify for it or prove yourself worthy of it is eternally saying to you you are my beloved and in you i am well pleased pleased you are my beloved and in you i am well pleased and i want only the best for you you have a mandate to live the highest possibility for your life and it is happening now in ways beyond imagination the whole universe is conspiring on your behalf the sacred laws are moving people and places and things and events around for the manifestation for the demonstration of the good that you desire and all of this is always happening manifestation never stops manifestation is always going on and just like that seed planted in the ground has everything that it needs to allow for the greatest the highest possibility of that particular seed so do you in this now moment and in every single moment have everything that you need to allow for the manifestation of the good that you desire you are lacking nothing you are missing nothing but all of the needs are met so that you may allow for the good that you desire to emerge from within and it is happening now it is happening now and it is happening with ease and grace and so i absolutely know that right where you are all is well something wonderful is happening right now in this now moment everything is working for your highest good now always forever and for this so so much more i give thanks knowing that this is already done that the good that you desire that is now happening in the infinite mind it has already happened in the infinite mind of spirit it is done it's an isness so it is done and yet it is happening now it is done and yet it is manifesting itself now it is an isness and yet it is emerging in as into you now for this so so much more i give thanks knowing that it is happening now and that it is happening with ease and grace and i surrender to this isness i allow this doneness to clothe itself to demonstrate itself to manifest itself here in this dimension in as and through you and your life and i let it i let it so it is so be it and so shall it be amen amen thank you so so much for
