I absolutely loved this meditation. I have to say, I could see myself with a tribe by a river, surrounded by mountains and forests, and I could actually hear them speaking a language that I didn’t understand. Then it opened out onto these huge plains and I could see myself walking across them. It was so vivid. When we went into the spirit realm to connect with our higher self, I was sitting opposite mine and, before you even said anything about making contact, I had already leaned forward and touched my forehead against theirs. Then when you said about placing their hand on my heart, I can’t really explain what happened. I just felt this huge amount of emotion and I started crying. It felt like a real emotional release, like something just came out of me in that moment. It was incredibly powerful and I absolutely loved it. Thank you.

I have never experienced such a powerful, transformational meditation journey that brought me to tears. Feeling the love and protection of my guides, I let the fire burn the wounds that I have carried and inherited from my parents and ancestors.
