How long I have been feeling this and I have me feeling this Today is the perfect day to expand in the area of relationships.

Please sit back and allow yourself to feel the chair in which you sit.

Put your attention on your breath and give yourself permission to relax.

Breathe in light and breathe out love.

Each inhale fills your body with light and each exhale fills your room with more love.

No need to rush.

Allow the light in and be bathed in love.

Gently enter a large room and see before you a beautiful mahogany door with your name above it.

The door opens.

Step through the doorway and move to the entrance of the path to relationship.

I'm going to use some questions as we walk the path of relationship.

This will support your unfolding in this area.

As I ask these questions,

Become aware of the images and memories that come into your mind.

Please do not judge.

Whatever thoughts appear are the correct ones.

Now begin to walk the path and stop at a small garden that catches your attention.

It is beautiful.

Sit down for a moment as we contemplate these questions.

Do my relationships uplift me and the possibilities for my life?

Let your mind go and take in whatever comes.

Take a breath and think about this question.

Do my relationships uplift me and the possibilities for my life?

Are my current relationships focused on love and empowerment?

These can be personal or professional.

Just allow yourself to witness.

Are my current relationships focused on love and empowerment?

Take another breath and ask,

Do I feel energized when I leave interactions with my family and friends?

If your inner critic enters,

Gently place your attention on listening.

There is nothing to do but listen.

Breathe again.

Do I feel energized when I leave interactions with my family and friends?

Allow yourself to take in the thoughts and the feelings.

How much do I participate in dramatic and negative events in relationships?

This is just an opportunity to see your choices.

Do not judge.

How much do I participate in dramatic and negative events in relationships?

Continue to listen.

Are the people in my life committed to growth and service?

The answer is a gift for your unfolding.

Are the people in my life committed to growth and service?

Stay present.

Now refocus on your breath.

And gently bring your attention back to your body.

Stand up and move back onto the path.

Go back towards the mahogany door.

Step back into the room.

And when you are ready,

Reconnect to your current space and open your eyes.

If you did not like what you saw or felt,

You are at choice and can commit in this moment to have different relationships in family,

Friendships,

Or experiences.

You deserve to be loved,

Held,

Honored,

Seen,

Heard,

And supported.

It starts today.

Remember you are important and can invite in healthy,

Loving,

And supportive relationships in any moment.

You are always at choice.
