Feel the expansion building within as you feel the oneness of the earth and the mountain.
Allow yourself to feel the nourishment of the earth that the mountain garners.
Hear the possibility of a sound.
The mountain stream flowing gently over the rocks with no particular destination,
Just deeper down into the earth.
Notice the crisp,
Cool and clear,
Pristine mountain air that gently brushes your skin.
Allow it to move up inside your nose and into your lungs to cleanse and purify your mind,
Body and spirit.
As you move up your internal mountain and become aware of the growth within,
You may begin to feel a gentle relaxation as the mountain terrain forms its own shape.
The vegetation that is fed by Mother Earth,
The animals that have chosen this place of majestic beauty to make their homes,
Live in peace and tranquility together as they cooperate in life-sustaining activities to just be.
Feel your head as the peak of the mountain,
That area of the mountain closest to the sun.
The warmth,
The light.
Again,
Another source of nourishment and divine energy that gives freely of itself to sustain and soothe you.
There is a place of comfort and warmth that the mountain evokes.
Find that place within you.
Discover more of the qualities of the mountain that exist within.
Feel and allow yourself to be the strength of the mountain.
Feel and allow yourself to be the pristine beauty.
Feel and allow yourself to be the grounded earthiness.
The earthiness of the mountain,
Receiving continuous nourishment from your environment.
Sense and feel the early morning sun rising on the mountain.
The cool,
Dewy dampness of the night is silently retreating.
Father-son is warming all as his golden rays gently and quietly kiss everything and everyone good morning.
Feel the welcoming warmth of a sun-filled day.
Feel the warmth of the sun on the sides and peak of the mountain,
Bringing its gifts to all that live on and about the land.
Open to the deeply penetrating,
Warming threads of light entering and transforming the very essence of everything and everyone it touches.
Be aware of the changes as the sun moves down closer to the earth and the moon begins its evening journey above the mountain.
Feel the presence of the starlight and moonlight hovering over the mountain in watchful protection through its own beauty and elegance.
Feel the difference in the quality of moonlight,
The gentility,
The nobility of the moon and stars.
Feel their gifts to you.
Feel their effects on your cells,
Your essence and your beingness as they lead you into a deep,
Restful slumber.
Most important,
Feel and allow the great stillness of the mountain to exist within,
Rendering and surrendering you to open to all the possibilities coming your way.
Be that stillness.
Cultivate the quiet within.
As you move through your day,
Simply remember to see,
Feel and be the mountain within.
From this place of stillness,
Let the clarity and farsightedness of the mountain peak guide you in your vision and all endeavors.
Know that there will be times when the fog rolls in while you are standing on the peak.
You need do nothing but wait patiently for it to lift.
In that time of patient waiting,

People and circumstance may be realigning to create the next perfect step of your sacred vision for you.

Its strength,

Grace,
Majesty and clarity.
