A meditation to release anger and other low vibrations.
Setting the Space Start by sitting in a comfortable position and set the mood for a relaxing experience.
If you have candles,
Light them and dim the lighting to create a peaceful ambiance.
If you also have relaxing music,
Turn it on low.
If you're lying down,
Make sure you have a pillow under your head to support your back.
And if you're sitting in a chair,
Make sure it's comfortable and that you are sitting on your tailbone and balanced with good posture.
This allows for you to have an open chest area to breathe easily.
Relaxing the Mind Start by closing your eyes.
Begin to notice your breath flowing in and out.
Begin to relax your thoughts and anything coming into your mind.
You can gently remind yourself these thoughts will come back and there is no need to worry about anything coming into your mind right now.
Beginning the Meditation Breathing in slowly through your nose,
Filling your belly with the breath,
Allowing for your belly to expand outward.
If your hand was lying on your belly,
It would raise and with the exhale,
You fully and slowly release the breath completely,
Emptying the stomach and your hand would fall inward and concave with a full exhale.
As you begin to set the rhythm of your breath flowing in and out easily and effortlessly,
Your mind relaxes,
Your body relaxes and you start to feel lighter,
Becoming one with that which you are lying or sitting upon.
And with each breath in and out,
Slowly and deeply,
You become even lighter and your body may feel as if it's floating or expanding into the room around you.
Breathe and allow for that to happen even more.
Enjoy this time where your body can relax and rest and drift away.
In this moment,
You are free to completely relax your body,
Your mind and allow for your spirit to go where it needs to go to heal.
Know that you're being fully supported by your angels,
Loved ones,
Guides,
Or anything that you believe you're connected to in this invisible support team.
Know that they are there to help keep you safe and comforted during this time.
You are drifting into a very high vibration space.
Your spirit is being lifted higher and higher as your body continues to feel lighter and lighter.
With each breath you take,
You allow your body to float and your energy to expand beyond the room out into the sky.
Breathing in and out,
Slowly and deeply,
Continuing to allow and float and expand even more out into the universe and beyond into the space of black and then light and black and then light and then light,
Continuing your breath easily in and out,
Going higher and higher into that space.
You are safe to speak your feelings,
Your thoughts,
Or send up any questions.
Breathe again,
Relax,
And be open to hearing what you were meant to hear in this moment.
If you don't know or have anything that you want to say or think,
Just relax into this space of feeling supported and loved.
Allow for your energy to be received by that invisible team that you have.
Allow for them to send you the love and healing.
Release all of your frustration and pain,
Anger and rage.
Anything that you were holding on to and that you want to let go,
Do it now.
Imagine you have a balloon and you are filling all of your breath going into that balloon.
You fill it with all of your heavy and low emotions.
Allow the balloon to release flying out into space and releasing all of that pent up emotion,
Pain and frustration within you.
Keep breathing as you may have a hard time fully releasing these emotions.
Breathe and know that it is completely okay for you to release them.
You can still have the immense love for your loved one without holding on to the lower emotions.
They still know and feel you,
Your love,
What you want them to know,
And they see you.
They want you to release all of the heaviness and pain.
They want you to surrender everything over.
Don't worry that you may not see them or feel them now.
You are capable of feeling and seeing and knowing all of that in time.
Right now,
It's your time to relax,
Release your emotions,
Feel open to receive love,
Healing,
Guidance,
Support,
And anything that you need in this moment.
Allow for this moment to be as long as you need.
Continue to breathe,
Relax,
And release.
And when you feel ready,
Begin to bring your thoughts back to coming into the body.
You will start to feel as if you're coming down from that high vibration space,
Coming back into the sky,
Then coming back into the room,
And then coming back onto the bed or the chair.
Feel your energy coming back into your body,
Taking another nice deep breath.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
