As you inhale, imagine drawing in a vibrant hue filling your body with energy. As you exhale, release tension and stress, visualizing dark smoke flowing out in a wave of release. You can choose from various colors, each representing a different aspect of healing, balance, and inner peace. Allow the colors to wash over you, renewing your mind, body, and spirit.

This meditation will guide you through a color-breathing exercise,

Using the power of colors to reduce negative emotions and sensations and to enhance your well-being and balance.

Find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Letting your lungs fill with air,

And exhale slowly through your mouth as if you are exhaling through a straw.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle into the present moment.

Begin by bringing your attention to your breath.

Feel the natural rhythm of your in-breath and out-breath.

Notice how your chest and belly rise and fall with each breath.

Let your breathing become slow and steady,

Creating a sense of calm and relaxation.

Now imagine a color that resonates with you or that you feel drawn to today.

This color could represent calm,

Energy,

Love,

Gratitude,

Or any emotion or quality you wish to cultivate.

Visualize this color in your mind's eye and see it as a vibrant,

Glowing light.

Imagine this colored light surrounding you on all sides,

Up,

Down,

Left,

Right.

Feel the gentle power of this light enveloping you in its embrace.

As you take a deep breath in,

Imagine drawing this color into your body.

Visualize the color filling your lungs and spreading through your entire being.

See it moving through your bloodstream,

Reaching every cell,

Every organ,

Every bone,

And infusing you with its positive energy.

Feel how this color fills you with its unique qualities.

Hold your breath for a few moments,

Allowing the color to saturate your entire being.

As you hold the breath,

Visualize the color blending with your own energy,

Harmonizing and balancing your mind and body.

Imagine the color gently healing and revitalizing you from within.

Slowly exhale,

Imagining dark,

Billowing smoke leaving your body as you breathe out.

Visualize any negativity,

Stress,

Or tension being carried away with the smoke.

See it dissipating into the air,

Leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Feel a sense of lightness and clarity as you release the smoke.

Keep breathing in this beautiful color,

Letting it fill every ounce of your being,

Penetrating into your essence,

Awakening and invigorating you.

Keep breathing out the dark smoke,

Feeling relieved and lightened as it leaves your body.

In with the bright,

Vivid color.

Out with the dark,

Billowing smoke.

If you feel drawn to it,

Choose another color and repeat the process.

Inhale the new color,

Hold and absorb its qualities,

And then exhale the dark smoke.

Continue with as many colors as you feel guided to explore.

Each color can bring its own unique benefits and sensations,

Enhancing your overall sense of well-being.

I will give you a moment to play with different colors.

Once you have worked with the colors you need,

Take a moment to integrate their energies.

Imagine all the colors blending together within you,

Creating a harmonious and balanced spectrum of light.

Feel the combined effects of these colors enriching your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Gradually bring your awareness back to your body.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

When you feel ready,

Open your eyes,

Bringing with you the sense of calm and vitality from your color-breathing practice.

Remember that you can return to this practice any time you need to refresh and center yourself.

The colors you connect with can offer guidance,

Healing,

And support,

Helping you navigate your day with renewed energy and clarity.
