This is an outdoor sound healing that happens every Saturday and Sunday at Menil Park in Houston Texas. Cosmic uses different instruments like a Djembe, Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, and Kalimba. He also uses throat chanting and singing to help open the Chakras to clear the mind and ground energy. Thanks to Jeromy Barber for the recording.
