Make sure that you're sat,
Please.
Let's sit up for this one.
No need to lay down.
So if you can,
Find a comfortable chair or just create a space that feels comfortable for you in a seated position.
Take a few moments to do that and then when you have found that comfortable spot and your bum cheeks feel good and life is good.
Let's just take a big,
Deep breath.
You can take a big,
Deep breath in through your mouth for this.
Breathe in through your mouth,
Big,
Big,
Deep breath all the way down through your body.
Imagine you're bringing that breath all the way down to the tips of your toes.
And then when you fall pause.
And then breathe out.
Breathe it all out with quite a heavy rush.
Sigh.
Any kind of audible noise.
So make it Hi,
Mom.
That kind of out breath.
Let all the body slump and relax.
Let's do that again.
A nice big,
Big,
Deep breath.
Breathe in through your mouth and breathe out through your mouth when you're ready.
Take it all the way to full capacity.
Hold it.
And then slump and let that out.
Nice big heavy out breaths.
And then.
Bring your spine back to straight.
But keep your shoulders relaxed.
Keep your ribs relaxed around your spine.
And find a nice pace with your breath,
Something that feels good.
Yeah.
Just do an overall.
Feeling like a scan.
Check in with your legs,
Your arms,
Your head.
Just a quick scan through your physical body.
Notice if anything feels tight,
Anything feels heavy.
You're not trying to change it,
You're just becoming more of an observer of your physical.
At this point.
If there is anything that's.
.
.
Loud.
Take your next few breaths.
Into that part of your body.
So,
For example,
If you've got neck ache this morning or slight headache or the base of your back hurts,
Just take a few sweet breaths to that place.
With the intention of softening that discomfort.
Creating some space.
See if you can relax your eyebrows.
Let them get heavy.
Relax your cheeks and your jaw.
And everything softened.
With your eyes closed,
I'd like you to imagine that you're staring with your third eye,
Your inner sight.
Into that space there in front of your mind.
Empty,
Dark space,
Probably at this point.
Because your eyes are closed,
Maybe you see some shadows,
Maybe there's a little bit of light coming through.
But the majority of what you can see is probably just dark.
Let's go on a journey.
So.
.
.
Create in your mind using your imagination and maybe your memory.
Create in your mind a staircase there in front of you of 10 steps that you're going to go down in just a few moments.
So in your mind's eye,
Imagine that you're taking a couple of steps forward You're walking into this dark space and then you stop.
And you look down and you can see a staircase of 10 steps there in front of your mind going down.
Keep looking down,
Look down at your feet.
Notice if you're barefoot or if you're wearing anything on your feet.
And for those of you that follow my meditations,
You'll know that We like to be barefoot so that you can connect and ground to your experience.
So in your imagination,
Kick off your socks and your shoes so that you can feel.
The top stack.
Underneath your feet.
You can feel what it's made of.
Is it soft?
Is it smooth?
Whittle your toes and kind of scrape your feet on that top step so that you can really connect to it energetically and physically.
This space in your mind.
All the way down at the bottom of these 10 steps,
There's a door,
And I'll explain that when we get down there.
But at this point,
You might be able to see the door down there at the bottom,
Or you might not.
Either way is fine.
Just to let you know that that's where we're going.
Look to the left of your staircase and look to the right of your staircase and start to see if you can notice any detail.
Maybe your staircase is just black on either side or maybe there's walls.
With railings,
Maybe pictures.
Don't try and change.
Any of your visuals.
Let your mind be free.
Start to play.
And create whatever is there and if it isn't following along exactly with what my suggestions are.
Don't worry.
Let your mind.
Guide you.
Okay,
I'm just going to be there to support you.
And sometimes it's very normal for you to get a visual and then it quickly change and then it quickly change and then it might finally settle into something.
That's very normal too.
So just allow the process of your third eye starting to kind of play and get used to what we're doing.
We're going to go down these 10 steps and every step that you take,
Know that you will become more.
And more relaxed.
Starting with whichever foot feels right for you,
Going down the steps.
10,
Nine,
Take your time and feel the steps as I count down.
Really feel that foot landing on the step.
Eight 7.
6 5.
For 3 2.
Take a couple of steps forward in your mind so that you're standing right there in front of the door.
Notice your door today.
Noticed.
The color.
The size,
The shape.
Let your third eye show you all the little details.
Is there a door handle or a door knob?
Is it on the left?
Is it on the right?
Is there even a door?
You might be looking into a cave.
You might be looking into an abyss.
Whatever your mind wants to show you,
Don't worry.
Just let it show you.
Whatever it is showing you is a portal.
Just know that it's a portal.
Just like this door.
On the other side of the door is a room.
In that room,
There is a table.
The rest of the room.
Is going to look however it needs to look.
But just know that there's a table in the center of the room,
Like a big,
Heavy kitchen table that's about up to your hips.
Not a tiny little table,
A decent,
Big,
Chunky,
Heavy table.
Like a workspace.
I'm going to count to three.
When I say one,
In just a few moments,
You'll open the door.
When I say two,
You'll walk through the doorway.
And then when I say three,
You're going to close the door behind you and find yourself in this space with the table.
Wand.
2.
3.
Look down at your feet,
First of all.
Notice what's below your feet.
What are you standing on?
And then look up and look over to your left.
The left side of this space.
What do you see in here?
What's over there?
It might be black,
It might have furniture.
It might be you.
A forest could be anything.
Over on the left there and then look over to your right.
And notice what's over on the right side of this space.
Notice what it feels like in this space.
What does the energy feel like?
Does it feel Calm does it feel?
Kind of closed closed in does it feel open and good and spacious or Just notice your own energy.
How is your body feeling and responding in this space?
I'd like you to Locate the table.
And make your way over to this table and just stand and kind of rest your hands on it.
Notice your table.
Run your fingers over it and see what it feels like.
Does it feel smooth or is it kind of grainy?
Is it cool,
Is it?
Room temperature.
The place that I brought you to is like a working station.
What I'd like you to do.
You may not have even noticed this,
But what I'd like you to do is reach around and take your backpack off your back and place it down on the table in front of you.
And then There's going to be three items.
In this backpack.
There may be many,
Many,
Many items.
But there's going to be three.
Main items that we're going to focus on.
And your job.
Your responsibility here is to not think.
Too much about any of it.
Just take it for whatever it is.
So in just a few moments,
When I ask you to open your backpack and pull out these three things,
All I'm going to expect you to do is just reach in there.
Take out the objects and then put them on the table there in front of you.
But before you do that.
.
.
Before you go ahead and do that,
Know that.
Metaphorically.
Energetically.
These three objects,
Whether they are objects pictures,
Letters,
Notes.
Maybe they are even.
Full-blown sized people.
Maybe they're fairies,
Whatever.
You're going to pull out of that.
Just let your mind be completely open.
But know that they're all connected too.
Things that you really need to let go of these objects.
Are metaphorical.
But they are connected to three.
Thanks.
That you need to let go of.
So without thinking too much about it.
Just go ahead and do this with me.
So I'm going to count to three.
And then you can open your backpack.
Reach in.
Reach around,
Rummage around the pockets,
Do whatever you need to do intuitively,
And pull out just three things.
One,
To 3 You should probably have your three things by now.
I'd like you to zip up your backpack,
Close it up.
Know that there is all sorts of other things in there,
But your mind knows.
What you need to see right now,
Today.
In this meditation.
So just trust that.
These three things in front of you.
Have meaning.
What I'd like you to do is just look really closely at them one at a time.
Choose one that you want to focus on first.
If it's the size that you can hold it in your hand,
Pick it up,
Hold it.
Look at it.
I'm going to ask you some questions and just let your mind go wherever it needs to go.
About the question.
My first question is,
With this object that you're holding,
Do you recognise it?
What does it make you think of?
What does it remind you of?
Allow yourself to really let any Thoughts or feelings bubble up.
For example,
If it's like a pen.
Maybe it's a pen that you,
It reminds you of a pen you had at school.
Just keep it really simple and just do those things that I'm asking you.
Have you seen it before?
And what does it make you think of?
Does it remind you of something?
That's all I need you to do.
And then you can put that object down.
And do the same with the second object.
Pick it up if you can.
Feel it,
Hold it.
Get some kind of connection to it.
Again,
Do you recognize it?
What does it make you think of?
If it makes you think of something,
If it stirs a memory,
Around what age were you?
Maybe it was last week,
Maybe it was when you were five.
Just let this random object R note.
Talk to you.
And then If you feel ready,
Do the same with the third object.
Pick it up.
Kind of feel it in your fingers.
Do you recognize it?
What is it?
What does it make you think of?
Does it remind you or trigger a memory of some time?
And that's.
.
.
All I want you to do.
Here in this space.
You can.
Put your energetical backpack back on.
If you want to,
Or you can leave it in the space knowing that you're going to come back here on your own or again with me.
To dive into more things in the backpack,
Your choice.
Either way,
I'm going to count to three and when I do.
.
.
You're going to find yourself at the bottom of the 10 steps that we originally came down.
So leaving the three objects there on the table.
Or you can.
.
.
Choose to bring them with you,
Put them back in the backpack,
Leave them,
Keep them,
Whatever you want to do.
Ready to come back to the bottom of the stairs with your eyes still closed.
2.
3 Looking up the 10 steps,
We're going to come back up the 10 steps.
Keep in a memory of those three things,
Those three items,
And what those items made you think about,
What they reminded you of,
And what they made you feel,
Had you seen them before.
Just having a really good recognition and remembrance of what Those three things were for when you get back.
Let's come back up the 10 steps.
Starting with whichever foot you want.
Juan.
To Feel the steps underneath your feet.
Don't rush.
Three.
Let your energy start to come back up.
4.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
8.
.
.
9 10.
You can open your eyes and come back into your space.
Going to give you a little bit of instruction.
Grab a hold of a notebook.
Write down the date and write down those three things that.
You pulled out of your subconscious,
Your backpack.
Right down underneath each one.
What it made you think about?
What it made you feel,
The memories that came to you.
Even if they sound.
Like they don't make any sense,
Completely random,
It doesn't matter.
At this point,
Just write them down so that you have a recognition of them.
And then.
.
.
What you're going to do next is.
Sit with.
What those objects represent.
In your subconscious.
That you have to let go of.
And trust me,
Whether it's tonight,
Tomorrow,
A week from now,
You'll start to put together the little clues of what these three things represent.
If it isn't obvious now,
It will become more obvious.
And if it doesn't,
And you need some help.
You can just reach out to me,
Just email me.
And I'll help you out.
Namaste,
My friends.
