This is Corinne Hinnreger.
Welcome to today's self-exploration.
Have you ever wondered why despite your best efforts and potentially decades of healing work,
You still get derailed by the same or similar issues?
Perhaps you feel deeply passionate about your work in the world,
But you just can't get enough traction for it to actually work for you instead of the other way around.
Or you're still searching in the outside world for fulfillment that can only be found inside of you.
In my experience,
As long as our nervous system holds on to experiences,
Traumas,
Subconscious beliefs,
And ancestral entanglements,
We can do the deepest transformative work and spend endless hours and money on improving ourselves.
It will only get us a bit closer to where we want to be,
But never quite where we like to be.
From what I witnessed in the many years doing this work,
Our nervous system is still triggered and stuck,
Which results in us not fully being in our bodies.
All this awareness and knowledge needs to get the opportunity to drop into our physical being.
So,
All the work we have done so far and are doing has fertile ground to blossom and grow into all of us and what we desire.
Everything is frequency.
And if our physical body and nervous system are stuck in an old frequency loop,
It makes it a hundred times harder for us to change our outlook in life.
Energy always follows energy.
And no matter how much hard work,
Dedication,
Time and money we put into transforming our lives,
For the better,
As long as we do not change the frequency that our physical body resonates with,
We will have a backwards and forward stance,
With little improvements here and there,
Often leaving us exhausted and frustrated.
Transformation doesn't have to be hard.
Transformation doesn't have to take forever.
Transformation is here for you if you are ready for it.
I invite you to start checking in with yourself and doing a body scan each morning.
Just observe what is going on in your physical being without judgment,
Purely building awareness of who you are today.
Creating the habit of checking in first thing in the morning and then maybe setting an alarm clock once or twice a day to check in allows you to calm down,
Ground yourself and your nervous system.

Your body is brilliant.
It has so much wisdom to share with you,
But in order to hear it,
You need to learn how to listen.

So you can create more fertile ground with much more ease to step into more of your body.
At any given moment,
You have the power to say this is not how my story is going to end and to blossom into your definition of fulfillment and ease.
You are worth it and deserving of all of this and more.
