Hi everyone,
I'm Lucy from Coexist Collective and today we're going to do a meditation for abundance.
Coexist Collective Music So start by taking a comfortable seated position of your choice.
Your legs can be crossed,
You can sit on a cushion or block,
Whatever feels most comfortable to you.
Making sure you're sitting in a quiet place with no distractions around you.
Placing your hands either on your knees or thighs and gently closing your eyes.
Draw your attention to your breath,
Noticing each inhale and exhale.
Ground down through your sit bones and keep your spine straight.
Sitting up nice and tall,
Letting your breath come and go.
Feel your chest rise and fall with every breath.
Opening up through your chest by drawing your shoulders back and down.
Feeling your breath deepen as you open up.
Inhaling as your lungs expand and exhaling as your lungs fall back down.
Let your body soften and relax in your seated position.
Focusing on your inhales and your exhales.
As you inhale,
Observe this relaxed state you are in.
Let the universe provide you with comfort and a sense of well-being.
Bring your attention to the serenity you feel when you connect to your breath.
Notice how good it makes you feel.
In this present moment you have all you need.
You have infinite abundance available to you.
In this present moment you are alive with breath.
In this present moment you are comfortable and safe.
You are being supported by the earth and guided by my voice to keep this feeling of abundance at all times.
Observe the gratitude you feel at this moment.
Let yourself feel this gratitude deep within your heart.
Breathing with it.
Now extend your awareness to the world around you.
Think of the nature around you.
The abundance of trees,
Plants,
Rivers and oceans.
Each providing us with life-giving properties.
Nature doesn't shy away from abundance,
From greatness.
The trees extend their roots to gather more nutrients from the soil.
The flowers absorb more sunlight to thrive.
The rain falls creating rivers.
The rivers build and build momentum flowing in the greatness that is the ocean.
And just like that you too shouldn't shy away from your greatness.
You can use your power of consciousness to create an abundant life for yourself.
Attracting everything you desire.
Now bring your focus to your current situation.
What is it you want to create more abundance of in your life?
Is it to have financial stability?
To create greater connections with the people around you?
Do you want to become successful in your career?
Give yourself a moment to really think about what it is you want in this present moment.
Maybe you want to be better with money,
But every time you receive your paycheck you spend it like there's no tomorrow.
Maybe you spend too much time on your phone instead of giving the time and attention to your loved ones.
Whatever it is that comes up,
Don't shy away from the deep truth.
Maybe you're trying to fill an emptiness with material things,
Thinking it will make you happier.
Maybe you're afraid that if you connect with your loved ones,
Conflict may arise.
Whatever it is that deep down causes fear,
Look for it and acknowledge it.
Know that it is okay to feel that way.
Once you accept all the parts of yourself,
Both positive and negative,
You can start working to raise your vibration and attract all your desires.
With a higher vibration,
You can manifest anything you truly want.
Now repeat the following affirmations.
I am whole just the way I am.
All my desires are valid and acceptable.
I do not judge myself for wanting those things.
Now you are ready to visualize the life you yearn for.
Take a few breaths to imagine your ideal life.
Don't hold back from building the world you truly want.
However,
Make sure your goal is at least 50% attainable.
Anything below 50% and your subconscious mind will give up thinking it isn't possible.
So make sure your goal is 50% or more within your grasp.
You have full control over what it is that your dream life is made of.
You are limitless.
Make sure that your visualization is descriptive.
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
Are you truly happy?
What are the colors or the objects that appear?
Sit for a few breaths with this image in your mind.
Really let it sink in.
Enjoy it.
Keep it in your mind and heart,
Knowing that it will come true.
Now repeat the following affirmations.
I create my life.
I can have anything I want.
I can have anything I want.
I am aligned with abundant energy.
I am aligned with abundant energy.
Anything I visualize will flow to you.
Anything I visualize will flow to me easily.
Anything I visualize will flow to me easily.
Slowly bringing it back to the breath now.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Focusing on the chest,
Rise and fall.
Relaxing your jaw.
Relaxing your shoulders.
Breathing deeply.
Bringing your attention back to the present moment.
Grounded in your meditation.
Breathing in and out.
Before I close this meditation,
I recommend you take a few minutes to yourself after this meditation and write down all that has come up.
Write out your deepest desires so that your mind can remember them.
Maybe write down the affirmations and repeat them to yourself daily to remind you of your worth and abundance.
Now bring your focus back to the breath.
Taking a deep inhale.
And on your exhale,
Sighing it out,
Letting it all go.
One more time,
Taking a deep inhale.
And exhaling,
Letting it go.
