So just bringing the details to mind,
We're going to imagine it going really well.
So taking.
The details.
And putting yourself in the position.
Of that moment.
Imagining the sights.
What can you see?
What would you like to hear?
So if your mind already starts on the worrying,
Just flip it and see it really going well.
Imagine yourself feeling strong and empowered.
What are you wearing?
Looking at your facial expressions.
Feeling that now in your body.
Imagine everything going swimmingly,
Smoothly,
Feeling in control.
All the details just working out nicely.
Okay,
And now we're going to fast forward to afterwards.
So you might get a sense of relief.
Oh,
This thing is over.
It's gone really,
Really well.
Feeling that in your body.
That sense of achievement,
You know,
You work towards something and now it's done,
Now it's over with.
What perhaps might people be saying to you?
What might you be saying to yourself about the success of this thing that has happened?
Really getting a sense of that deeply in your body.
Wow that was a success this is so powerful in our brain to visualize things going well because then we don't get so stressed when we're actually doing this thing that we want to achieve so our body doesn't treat it like a threatening thing if we have visualized it you know you can do this over and over again and it's just teaching your body this is what's going to happen this is how i'm going to deal with it is how it's going to go.
So really feeling that sense of achievement in your body,
Everything having gone smoothly and it being a great success.
