Welcome to this guided meditation to help you visualize and experience the life of your dreams.

Before we begin,

Please make sure you're in a safe environment.

Please do not drive or operate heavy machinery.

This meditation is best enjoyed sitting or laying down.

I invite you to find the most comfortable position.

When you are ready,

Close your eyes.

Allow yourself for a few moments here to just relax and be present.

You made a decision today to step into that ideal lifestyle for yourself.

Every day,

The more we visualize our dream life,

The more we are attracting this into our current reality.

Take a deep breath here.

Breathe in for four counts.

Hold.

And release.

Exhale.

All that negative energy.

One more time.

Breathe in.

Breathing in all the abundance and possibilities.

Hold.

And exhale all the lack,

Fear,

Anxiety that your dream life won't come true.

Let that go right now.

As you continue to breathe at your own pace,

Take an inventory of all the muscles in your body and notice if there's any tension or aches.

Just notice where that's located in your body and breathe into it.

If there's any tension from the top of your head and assess all the way down toward the bottom of your toes.

Continue to breathe as I walk you through your visualization.

With your eyes closed,

You see a projector screen coming down in front of you and you're about to watch the movie of your life.

Truly experiencing your goals.

Get as clear as you can with this picture.

What is the first image of yourself that you see?

Look at the colors.

Notice what you're wearing.

Where are you?

Really paint this picture.

Get as clear as possible.

Start to notice your surroundings.

In this movie,

What are you hearing?

What do you smell?

What do you taste?

Are you alone?

Or someone there with you?

Feel how grateful you are experiencing this life of yours that you built.

Notice your facial expressions.

And embody that right now.

As you're watching this movie,

Living your dreams,

What else are you experiencing?

What else are you feeling?

See it and feel it as though you were already there,

As if it's already happened.

As this movie is coming to a close,

What is the final feeling you are left with while watching this movie?

Take it in.

When you're ready,

Bring yourself back to the room.

Open your eyes,

Stretch if you need to.

Remember,

You are resilient,

Creative,

And resourceful in finding new solutions.

Every time you listen to this visualization,

You are rewiring your brain that this new lifestyle is already yours.
