Take a slow deep breath in and gently let it out.

Allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.

Feel the points of contact supporting you,

Your feet,

Your legs,

Your hips,

Your back.

Feel how safe and held you are in this moment right now.

Take another deep breath.

This time imagine drawing calm into your body with your inhale and exhaling tension,

Stress or worry.

This is your moment.

This is your time for stillness.

This is your time for clarity.

Bring attention to your head,

Relax your scalp,

Soften your forehead,

Release any tension around your eyes,

Your eyebrows,

Or your temples.

Allow your jaw to loosen,

Let your tongue rest comfortably.

Move your awareness to your neck and shoulders.

Feel them melt downward as if a gentle warm light is dissolving the tightness.

Notice how your arms grow heavy and warm.

Relax your hands,

Your fingers,

And your fingertips.

Bring awareness to your chest.

Feel it rise and fall naturally with each breath.

Let your lungs fill easily and fully.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing what is no longer needed.

Move attention to your abdomen.

Allow it to soften.

Feel warmth and ease spreading through your belly.

Bring focus to your lower back,

Your hips,

And your thighs.

Let the muscles loosen,

Letting go of weight,

Feeling your knees,

Calves,

Ankles,

And feet sink into comfort and relaxation.

With each exhale,

Feel tension leaving your body.

With each inhale,

Feel calm and lightness filling your body.

Now bring focus fully to your breathing.

Inhale slowly for a count of 4,

Hold gently for a count of 2.

Exhale fully for a count of 6.

Repeat this pattern,

Imagining each inhale drawing a luminous,

Peaceful energy,

And each exhale releasing heaviness,

Doubt,

Or worry.

With every breath,

You feel lighter,

Calmer,

And more grounded.

Your mind is slowing,

And your heart is opening.

Now imagine standing at the beginning of a winter's path.

Snow crunches softly beneath your feet.

The air is crisp,

Clear,

And pure.

Stars twinkle faintly overhead.

The sky glows with a deep indigo.

Ahead,

You see a soft,

Warm light,

Steady,

Welcoming,

And radiant.

It feels safe.

It feels gentle.

It is calling you forward.

With each step,

You feel lighter.

With each step,

You feel freer.

With each step,

You enter a space of inner stillness and clarity.

Notice the subtle sounds around you.

A faint wind through the trees.

A whisper of leaves under the snow.

The quiet hum of the night.

As you walk,

Become aware of anything you are ready to release.

Old habits?

Fears?

Worries?

Anything weighing on your mind,

Heart,

Or body.

Visualize each of these as small orbs in your hand.

Observe them without judgment.

Hold them gently.

Now bring your hands towards the warm glow ahead and release each orb into the light.

Watch it dissolve,

Transform,

And disappear.

Feel the weight lift from your body.

Repeat this process for everything that no longer serves you.

Step into the circle of warm light.

Feel it surrounding you,

Surrounding your body,

Surrounding your mind,

And your spirit.

This light is your December light.

It is soft,

Mystical,

And restorative.

Bring your mind the intentions you wish to set for this month.

Take your time.

Allow them to appear naturally.

It may be peace,

Healing,

Joy,

Clarity,

Love,

Rest,

Abundance.

Repeat softly in your mind,

I am ready to renew.

I am ready to receive.

Visualize these intentions as glowing seeds planted in your heart,

Rooting deeply,

Expanding with every breath.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Roll your shoulders slowly.

Grounding breath in and exhale fully.
