The planet of healing.
Breathe in and notice as you do that the energy of the earth,
A blue energy,
Flows into you from the soles of your feet,
Filling you as you inhale right to the top of your head.
As you exhale,
The white light of the stars flows down through the top of your head to the soles of your feet.
This ebb and flow of earth and star energies will cleanse you as they flow through your body,
Removing any blocks or crimps in your energy field.
They are so clean they renew you as they flow.
Feel your chest expanding with each cycle.
Cycle these blue and white energies until they meet in the middle.
Hold that mixed blue and white energy in your chest.
As your chest is expanded now,
Feel how big your heart is.
Feel how it expands the chest,
Peeling it back like a can that has been split open at the seam.
Peel back the metal edges to let your heart fill the void.
Feel how your heart is open out in front of the universe and back to your soul.
Allow the golden light of the universe to fill your heart.
Allow the golden light of love that surrounds us to fill your heart.
Flow back to your soul and then out to infinity.
Cycle this golden light through your heart,
Your soul,
To infinity and back.
Your heart is the portal to your soul and through your soul to all there is.
Feel how open your heart is and your soul expands to the infinite.
You,
Your soul,
Is the drop that contains an ocean.
It is the molecule that holds the entire universe.
You are everywhere.
You are everything.
You can be just where you need to be to receive what you need to remember today.
As your awareness expands,
You find yourself drawn to the largest planet in existence.
As you gently touch down on a ribbon of white sand,
You can see the planet is so immense it pulls its atmosphere close and you can see the atmosphere bend around the planet at the horizon.
The atmosphere is so dense it holds the planet at a constant temperature.
It protects the ocean that covers 95% of the planet's surface.
The ocean is so clear and calm.
The water is so clean and light.
It is turquoise as far as you can see.
Allowing yourself to take two steps forward,
You are ankle deep in the water.
Allowing yourself to feel its warmth,
Its welcome,
And its infinite ability to heal.
As you allow yourself to float,
You revel in its ability to heal.
You come to be aware that you are the waters.
You are the planet itself.
You,
The planet,
Are the place where souls come to heal.
Souls come to restore.
Souls come to be whole again.
Souls come to feel harmony with all there is.
As you heal,
As you drop away any pain,
Every hurt,
Any confusion,
All of your anger,
Any doubt,
And you come to know that it does not matter how many souls come here to heal.
The ocean and planet are so vast that all of the pain,
The fear,
The doubt,
Confusion,
The anger all just fall away and dissolve into the infinite healing waters.
They are gone.
You feel so shiny and new,
So complete,
In harmony with all there is.
Having experience now,
You allow yourself to feel your awareness.
It calls you back to this body,
This time,
This room.
As you gently lift off the planet's surface,
You see the planet begin to contract,
To compress,
To condense until it is so small it will fit within your heart.
As you come back to this room,
This body,
As your heart begins to beat normally,
This planet of healing will always be part of you and you it.
As long as you allow it to be,
It will be so.
Allow yourself to know that any soul that comes to this planet,
To you,
Will do the same healing and restoration.
Any soul you meet,
And even those you do not,
Will be allowing themselves to heal just by coming to you.
You are the planet,
The universe,
The healing.
You are the beauty.
The beauty is you.
Now as you feel your heart beating normally,
Your soul locked in place,
You are here now.
As you reconnect to your heart,
You're breathing your body,
You know the planet is there,
Always.
As you come back into the now,
The planet is in you,
Always.
The healing is in you,
Always.
It is all there.
It is you.
You are the healing,
Always.
